Gabriel looked back at Rick. "I keep to myself. Nowadays, people are just as dangerous as the dead, don't you think?"
"They're worse." Devin said glancing down at her bandaged up arm.
"Well, I wasn't watching you. I haven't been beyond the stream near my church more than a few times since it all started." Gabriel said. "that was the furthest I've gone before today."
"Or maybe I'm lying." The man suddenly added. "Maybe I'm lying about everything and there's no church ahead at all. Maybe I'm leading you into a trap so I can steal all your squirrels." He laughed and glanced back at the others.
Gabriel's smile dropped when he noticed the looks they were giving him. "Members of my flock had often told me that my sense of humor leaves much to be desired."
"Yeah, it does." Daryl muttered nodding his head.
The group finally made it to this church. "Hold up." Rick said as Gabriel walked up to the doors. "Can we take a look around first? We just want to hold onto our squirrels."
He walked up the stairs and held his hand out to Gabriel for the keys. Gabriel hesitantly handed the man the keys.
Rick, Michonne, Carol, Glenn, Daryl and Dane entered the church to check it out. Minutes later they give the okay for the others to enter.
Devin walked over to one of the middle pews and sat her things down. "Hey." Leo muttered walking up right beside her. His shoulder touching hers.
"What?" The redhead quietly asked.
Leo glanced around to make sure the others aren't watching them. "You're bandages need to be changed."
Devin rolled her eye and she sent the boy an annoyed look. "Seriously?"
The older of the two nodded his head. "Yes. You don't want to get an infection. That would probably suck. And I'd have to cut your arm off. That would probably make me pass out."
The girl ran her hand through her hair and nodded. "Fine. You or Kai doing it?" She asked, tilting her head.
Leo looked towards Kai to see him helping Javi with Jackass. "Signs point to me." He said, smiling at her.

Sam smiled and nodded his head slightly. "Hey, sis." He muttered as his eyes fell on the bandage on her arm. "What happened?" He asked and Devin tilted her head back. Of course he'd ask that.
The redhead shrugged her shoulders and shifted to fully face him. "It doesn't matter. I'm fine, Sam." She assured him, not being able to look him in the eye for more than a second.
Sam's eyes narrowed and he leaned forward a little. "I think you're lying to me." He said, pointing to her. "You don't have to lie to me, Devs."
Sam wasn't an idiot, Devin knew that. He was her twin brother and even though they relationship got screwed up when he stopped living with her and their mom, he still knew her better than he knew himself. She might have the others fooled but not him.
