The girls huddled around as Seeun unwrapped the strings binding the file, and a stack of pictures fell out. Yeeun picked it up and placed it on a table, but glancing at it made her flip it over.

"EXO, a twelve-member group, was a highly skilled group that went rogue on a mission in 2006 when they found out their agency betrayed them. They started their agency, determined to get back into the industry. As of 25 March 2018, all members are reported to be dead. Report typed by: Seo Changbin. " Sieun read out from the cover page. Seeun flipped over the twelve profiles and slowed down on the last three pages. Two of the profiles had the words "ELIMINATED" stamped in red over them, while another had "DEPORTED" stamped over it.

"How did the members die, though?" Yoon mumbled. "We'll see soon, I guess," Sumin replied, picking up a memory card slot in a plastic pocket. She inserted it into the laptop, and an application popped up on her screen; a media-playing application. She clicked the spacebar, and a video of someone popped up. Isa started flipping through the profiles.

A rusting sound was heard before the camera was set up. A man was checking the functions of the camera, before clasping his hands.

"That's...Oh Sehun. The youngest member of the group. What's the timestamp of the video?" Yeeun asked, looking at the man in the footage, wearing glasses.

"13 July 2009." Sumin read from the corner of the footage.

"That means the other members were dead by then." Seeun mused. The footage started playing, and they kept quiet.

"This will be a quick report of the last mission I promised to carry out, a mission that might cost my life. The current date and time are 13 July 2009, 23 47 hours. In 14 hours or so, I will be carrying out the final step of the mission, which is to hide the disk. To start, my crew, EXO, and I have been taking in disavowed groups from around the world since 2007. This was under project ElyXiOn, and the final goal was to join forces to work as an operator. Around 2008, we took in a group, namely Stray Kids, as we recognised their all-rounder talents. They quickly ascended the ranks and became one of the best groups to work with whenever there were missions. Now, this project requires money to fund the missions and resources, and the money was from our pool of resources, so the money earned was all in for the project."

The girls flipped to the next page and saw that the project was renamed "PROJECT MIROH". In the footage, Sehun adjusted his glasses, folded his arms, and continued;

"While it was happening, EXO failed a mission. Everyone was dead except me. I ended up entrusting Stray Kids to finish the project, as per instructed by Suho. Unfortunately, they betrayed us. The whole motive of the project was changed by 180°. They started taking in groups by force, whether they were disavowed or not. If the groups were not disavowed, Stray Kids would do whatever took them to get them out of the agency."

The girls flipped to the next page, where a familiar profile appeared. It was the Mavericks.

"They most likely knew something about Stray Kids, so they had to frame them to get them by their side..." Sieun spoke, peering over the detail which mentioned them being framed.

"Therefore, I am tasked with this last mission, as this is the only way Stray Kids would get the money. I will be hiding this disk in a safe house, where they will never be able to get it back. That is it for now, and I will be reporting the status of the mission soon."

The video ended, and the six girls sat in silence. Sumin quickly picked up the file to flip around the pages.

"Yoon, please contact Hyunjun to conduct a search on Oh Sehun," Sumin spoke while she zeroed in on a detail in Sehun's profile. "He got into an accident while carrying out the mission, so check if he's alive. Let's write down more details on the board."

Hyunjun called Yoon back minutes later.

"It took me forever to search for Oh Sehun, apologies for that. It was because he faked his death and had a new identity. He's staying long-term at a hospital. I will send you the details. Wish you luck."

The video call ended, and an email arrived in Yoon's inbox almost simultaneously. Sumin took a look at the details and got off the sofa.

"Let's go. We have no time to waste."
