Self Searching

Wyatts POV
I ran into the fire station. "Spotter!" I yelled. "Wyatt, are you ok?" Misty asks. "Yeah Im fine. Wheres Spotter?" I ask. Spotter ran in and his dad followed. "Are you ok?" He asks. "My parents are getting married! My dad proposed!" I say. "Thats awesome!" Spotter says. I hugged him. "I got my family back!" I say. "Five bucks" Misty says. "Dammit" Marshall says. "You made a bet?" I ask. "I bet that your dad would propose. He bet that your mom would" Misty says. Marshall groaned as he gave Misty the five dollars. "I knew that if I told her about how I proposed to you, that she wouldn't propose to him" Misty says. "Cheater" Marshall says. "You're just mad I won" Misty says.

We're at school. "Luna! My parents are getting married!" I say. "I know. Its awesome babe" she says. "How did you know?" I ask. "I helped your dad pick out the ring. He asked me for help" she says. "Thats really weird" I say. "Imagine how I felt" she says. "Will you be my date to the wedding?" I ask. "Of course. Do they have a date?" She asks. "Not yet, but they will eventually" I say. "Im really happy for you babe. You're so lucky" she says. I kissed her. "You may not have two parents, but I think that just the relationship you have with your dad is enough to fill the gap" I say. She smiled. "You're right. It is" she says.

Aidens POV
I have an apartment now. Its small. One bedroom. One and a half bathrooms, a master bathroom and then a half bathroom attached to the living room. My living room and kitchen are like five feet apart. I have a balcony though. Its nice. Working for my uncle is fine I guess. Now what I thought Id be doing with my life but here we are, turning balloons into giraffes.

I went out to get some breakfast because Im tired of being in this box all day. I walked downstairs and found this guy just staring at a bush. I stopped and looked at him. "Im pretty sure blinking is a human quality you dont have" I say. He looked over at me and blinked a few times. "I dropped my keys and I dont wanna go in there to find them" he says. "Tyler! Will you hurry up!" I hear. I turned to see Duke shouting from his car window. "Hi Aiden" Duke says. "Hi Duke" I say. I looked back at the bush. I stuck my hand in it and rummaged around for a second. "Here" I say handing him his keys. "Thanks" he says confused. "Bye" I say.

Tylers POV
"Dude lets go!" Duke says. I ran over to the car. "You know that guy?" I ask. "Yeah, thats Aiden. He's the good kingsmen" duke says. "Oh" I say. I slowly put my seat belt on and stared at the dash confused. "Dont be weird around him man. He's a good guy. He's just trying to get on everyones good side because everyones on edge with him" Duke says. "I dont think that thats what Im feeling" I say. He stopped at a red light. "Are you gay?" He asks. "What?!" I turned to him shocked. "Relax! Just a question. Maybe you like him" he says. "Im not gay" Im say. "Well, how are you feeling then?" He asks going again at the green light. "Its strange. My stomach is turning and my head is hot. No one ever does nice things for me, except you. Is this normal?" I ask. "Well, I could either have good news or bad news depending on how you take it" he says. "What do you mean?" I ask. "You're either gay or you're getting sick. If its the second one then dont throw up on my car" he says. "Bro I dont have time for self-searching! Im making a movie!" I say. "Tyler, doing self-searching yourself, will make it easier to write back stories on cool characters. It would actually help you. Besides, we've been working nonstop on this thing. We could use a break" he says. "Im afraid that if I take a break, I wont come back to it" I say. "Ill make sure that doesnt happen. In the mean time, take a break. Have some time off. You deserve it" he says. "Thanks Duke" I say. "Of course" he says. We pulled into a parking space and got out to go to school.

Aidens POV
"How do you make that look easy?" I ask. "Im just folding a balloon" uncle diego says. "Exactly! Balloons dont fold!" I say. "Aiden. You cant sell tickets, you cant work rides or carnival games. You cant fild balloons. What am I supposed to do with you?" He asks. "Fire me. Ill find a new job. Even I know that I suck at this" I say. "I feel bad firing you though" he says. "Then I quit?" I suggested. "Sure" he says. "Great. Ill see you later" I say leaving. Yeah Im bad at almost everything since I never learned anything important. The only thing I ever learned was how to be in charge and how to drive. Not much that can help me now.

Aries asked me to pick up Kari from school. I dont see why she cant just walk. Its not that far. She's walked before but whatever. I think he just wants me to get out of the house. People are staring at me. I dont like this. I flipped up my hood and stared at the ground. "If you want people to like you, you may not wanna look like a drug dealer" I hear. I looked over. Its the kid from this morning. "Drug dealer is better than Kingsmen" I say. He was silent for a minute. "Thank you, for helping me this morning. You didnt have too" he says. "Its nothing. You're welcome" I say. "Tyler! Come on! We have to start casting people for the dialog" Duke says running up to us. "Oh hey Aiden" he says. "Hi. You're making a movie?" I ask. "We've been working on it for a while now." Tyler says. "We have it done but we need to add sounds and speaking" Duke says. "Do you want to help?" Tyler asks. "Me?" I asked confused. "Yeah. Your deep voice would be perfect for the Ryker. He's the lead role" Tyler says. "I think Id be of better help, making background noises" I say. "Then do both" Tyler says. "Thats a lot" I say. "I wrote the script, the dialog, did the animations, and went over it several times. That was a lot. You can do this" Tyler says. "Um... ok" I say. "Great! Ill let you know when we need you" Duke says. "Ok" I say. "Bye Aiden. Thank you" Tyler says. They left and Kari came up to me. "What was that?" She asks. "I just got a role in your friends movie" I say. She laughed. "Shut up" I say. "Hey! I never said itd be bad. I think their movie is gonna be good. Now Im hoping it comes out soon so I can hear my cousins work" Kari says. I groaned. "Ok, lets just go home" I say annoyed. She giggled as she got in the car.

"So what kind of sounds are you looking for?" I ask. "Well, we dont really know. We want you to watch the scenes and then decide what sounds would be best there" Duke says. "Ok. Are there any silent scenes? Like, with no action?" I ask. "Yes" Tyler says. "Then you're gonna need a musician. You need background music along with sound. It doesnt sound right if its just silent" I say. They looked at each other confused. "Ill handle it" I say. "Wow, we have an actual sound manager" Duke says. "If thats what you want to call it then I guess so" I say.
