The mansion seemed oftly quiet which instantly made Mark shoot up from his bed to take a look around. They gotten home around four in the morning earlier from a mission but now it was almost noon and noise was not heard.
Usually, the two youngest would be heard bickering with Renjun scolding them to cut their shit out already. Mark exited his room as he walked down the hallway looking at the opened doors of the bedrooms as he passed by.
The two youngest's rooms were wide open and Mark went downstairs to check if they were there. Still, no one.
He checked the security room which Renjun was seated at, watching the cameras carefully and doing research for their next mission.
"Oh, hey." Renjun greeted the leader as Mark have him a nod before leaving.
He took the elevator to the base down stairs, cheers of a single person could be heard as Mark recognized Jeno's voice. The younger male had been practicing his archery skills on his own.
Before Jeno could take notice of Mark there, the older left and went back up to his room to get dressed. Jisung and Chenle never go out like this and it made him realize something.
Getting dressed into a black t shirt and black ripped jeans, throwing over his leather jacket, he went back to Renjun who gave him a sly grin.
"Where are they?" Mark lowly asked as Renjun scoffed.
"How should I know?" Renjun pretended to act oblivious.
"Renjun quit your games and tell me. They better not have gone where I think they are," Mark threatened to himself.
"You were the one that said they could get closer to him because your shitface attitude is useless," Renjun provoked as Mark clicked his tongue, gliding it along his bottom lip.
"I didn't say today!" Mark said with annoyance.
He knew he should have been more clear with the youngest two because they tend to get excited with this type of stuff.
When they finished their mission earlier, Chenle and Jisung had been asking Mark about his soulmate. They said they wanted to be friends with him so that when he realizes their part of a mafia, Donghyuck would be able to see that they are not bad people.
They are just highly skilled people who happen to kill bad guys in the world. Nothing too big or too small.
So Mark had granted them the permission to visit Donghyuck one of these days and he guesses they took that as a green light.
"It's Chenle and Jisung. You should've specified," Renjun shrugged his shoulders before looking back at his screen.
"I'm going to strangle them!" Mark bit before exiting the security room to leave the mansion.
He had his pocket knife inside his pocket and his small pistol in his jacket. The walk to the pub was not too long, though long enough to feel time dread by.
Approaching the small strip of buildings, Mark spotted his two youngest mafia members at a booth in the window. He scoffed as he saw their smiles when Donghyuck handed them their order.
Donghyuck looked very pretty, Mark thought. He was in a blue jean set with a graphic shirt on. It made him look incredibly attractive yet the little pout of his lips when he talked made him look adorable.
He crossed the street to enter the pub, pulling open the french doors as all eyes were on him. A certain tanned male's big round brown eyes sharpening his gaze.
"Here for another glass of water? Or to criticize me and be an asshole again?" Donghyuck huffed, his hands gluing to his hips while Jaemin took the initiative to walk away and watch from the side lines.
