It had been about a week since Neteyam told his lover they where having a child. Ao'nung was absolutely ecstatic but he was very annoying, constantly checking on Neteyam and hardly letting the poor man do anything on his own

Today Neteyam was heading back to Norms to find the gender, his mate right along with him

Ao'nung pressed the buzzer "norm it's-" before he could even finish his sentence the door was opened, Ao'nung quickly stepping in before helping his boyfriend in

"Ao'nung calm down would you? I can do some stuff myself you know" he said, making his way to the table and laying down before Ao'nung could help him "you know I'm just worried my flower"

Norm let the couple bicker, he pulled neteyam shirt up carefully before putting gel on his stomach, neteyam wincing at the cold liquid

Ao'nung held Neteyam's hand, excited as all hell. Neteyam on the other hand just wanted to get this over with.

Norm placed the transducer to Neteyam's stomach, rubbing it around until he found the baby. Smiling

It took him a few minutes to determine the gender, him looking to the couple "would you like to know now?" He asked, neteyam just shaking his head "write it on a piece of paper and fold it up, we'll look at it in a bit" he said, norm doing as told

He of course printed some photos for the two and stuck them inside the folded piece of paper before cleaning Neteyam's stomach

Neteyam put his shirt down and sat up, letting his boyfriend help him off the table. The forest Na'vi took the paper and stuffed it in his pocket before saying goodbye and leaving

As they walked Ao'nung messed with his nails, he really wanted to know. Neteyam seemed to notice this "come" he said, leading them towards a small secluded area where he sat, Ao'nung doing the same

Neteyam took the paper out of his pocket, holding it between him and Ao'nung "ready?" He asked, Ao'nung nodding "ready"

They both opened the paper, reading it quickly

Ao'nung and neteyam both looked to each other, quickly hugging. Neteyam shedding a few tears and Ao'nung pulling back, placing a hand on his mates stomach "my little girl.." he muttered,

A few days later Neteyam figured it was time to tell everyone, first he would tell Violet and Reańi, then his family. Ao'nung's family would have to be told by visit as they had just went back to the reefs about a week ago

He made his way towards His friends hut, knocking once he arrived. The na'vi that was dating his best friend opening the door "oh what a surprise to see you neteyam! Come in!" She said joyfully, moving out of the way as neteyam stepped in

She closed the door behind him before motioning for him to sit, which he did "would you like some tea?" She asked, Neteyam shaking his head "no thanks Reańi. Where's violet?"

"Hm I believe she's doing target practice out back. Do you need her?" Reańi asked, moving away from the counter she had went too "yes please. I need both of you" he said quickly

Reańi walked off to a back room, going through a door "my love" she said, watching her girlfriend strike a target and hitting a bullseye for the forth time "yes darling?" Violet asked, looking back to his girlfriend before putting her bow on a tree branch
