~Colleen's POV~
Josh and I were finally back home, safe and sound. The first thing I did was take a deep breath and jump onto the couch. Josh collapsed on the couch next to me. It's been a very eventful week.
I suddenly remembered something. I'm engaged to Josh. The last couple of days have been a mess and I totally forgot about this!
"Hey Joshua?"
"Yeah babe?"
"When do you want to start to plan our wedding?" I smiled at him.
"How about right now?" He grinned back at me. So I guess that's how we'll spend our day; wedding planning.
I got out a blank sheet of paper and wrote down a checklist of what we need to do and get, which was:
-Ceremony date, time, and location
-Wedding Rings
-Clothing
-Invitations
-Wedding Reception food, decor, etc.
I thought for a moment to see if there was anything else. There probably was, but I was really tired and I couldn't think at the moment. Josh brought out his laptop and searched up a couple of locations that we could schedule our wedding at. We narrowed it down to Hawaii, Santa Barbara (California), and Georgia. For now, we left it at that and moved on to other planning. I can't wait for our wedding!
~Josh's POV~
As we were doing wedding planning, Colleen laid her head on my shoulder. I missed this when she was in the hospital. I kissed her forehead. She's so adorable. We spent another hour and a half of just wedding planning, and then we finally got tired and decided to get some food. We both were craving sushi.
"Sushi at the sex club?"
"Sure." Colleen yawned and got her purse and then we drove to the sushi restaurant.
I had my arm hooked with Colleen's, and we walked inside. We were greeted by the waitress, who looked oddly familiar...
"Um...table for two please."
"Right this way." I swear, I've seen her somewhere before...oh my god, it's my ex from high school!
~Colleen's POV~
Josh kept on eyeing the waitress. I suspected that there was something wrong.
"Uh, Josh?"
He quickly turned his head to look at me. "Yes?"
"Um...why are you inspecting that waitress?"
"Oh uh...it's nothing." Yeah okay, "nothing". There has to be a reason for this. I mean, Josh is engaged to me so he can't just be inspecting other girls like this! Unless they had something in common...
~Josh's POV~
Seeing Bethany again was so unusual. I had never expected her to be working here! And although it has been years, she still looks almost the same. I kept on watching her, just confused on why she's here. Colleen smacked my cheek."What was that for?!"
"Stop staring at that girl, Josh! We're engaged!"
"Well then I'm sorry!" I huffed at her. Colleen was getting angry at me, judging by her face that was slowly reddening.
- 1 Hour Later -
Colleen got up to pay for our sushi dinner. I tried to comfort her by saying sweet things and she wasn't mad at me anymore. But then, Bethany, the waitress, walked over to me and say right now next to me without saying anything.
"Hey, you seem familiar. Aren't you Josh, from high school?"
"Uh...yes. Aren't you Bethany?" She nodded and smirked at me.
"Even though we broke up, I've been in love with you ever since then. I regretted dumping you a lot. And I mean A LOT." What do I do now? I can't get back with Bethany; I'm engaged to Colleen!
"Listen, Beth. I'm engaged to the beautiful Colleen Ballinger. If you want to be friends, then fine. But we can't date again, I'm sorry." But before I could say anything else, she took out a sticky note and wrote down her phone number and slapped it on the table in front of me.
"You should call me sometime." She smirked, then left. And then, Colleen started her way back. I quickly crumpled up the sticky note and stuck it in my back pocket.
"Ready to go now, Josh?" I nodded quietly and we drove back home.
AUTHOR'S NOTE
I don't know why I'm pointing this out, but Bethany IS NOT the same person as Bethany Mota. Just thought maybe someone was confused...yeah okay, bye!
