Arnold and Heart's Engagement

~Josh's POV~

Arnold, Julien, and I, and just finished officially booking our first Shadow Tour show in Irvine, California. We would be performing it in the summer. The three of us were very excited!

Today, they came so that we could rehearse some bits of the show, and Heart wanted to come too since she had nothing to do. Colleen and Heart were in the kitchen while I was with the boys in the living room. The first thing we practiced was the intro to the show.

~Colleen's POV~

I was getting snacks for everybody, and Heart was helping to get drinks.

"How has your week been?" Asked Heart.

"It's been...okay. I haven't spent much time with Josh except for last Saturday." I frowned a little.

"Well if it makes you feel any better, it's the same with me and Arnold. I bet Jenna hasn't seen Julien that much either!"

"Yeah, I guess." We set the food at the table, then sat down and watched the boys dance. When they stopped, I walked up to Josh and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"I actually have an idea for you guys; maybe you could record a new song for the show!" I smiled and they all grinned back at me.

"Yeah, that's a great idea babe!" Josh kissed me back, and him, Julien, and Arnold, started discussing about a new song for the tour. I motioned for Heart to come with me, and we sat in my office to give the boys some peace and quiet.

"Wow, it's really nice in here! Did you decorate it yourself?"

"I'm not creative enough to design this!" We both laughed.

"Then who did?"

"My friend Wendy Bellissimo!" Heart walked around the room for a bit and looked around. As she was looking around, I was staring at my engagement ring. Heart probably noticed me, and she walked over and held up her left hand next to mine; she had an engagement ring too. I stared into space, thinking about the day that Josh, Tim, and I, helped Arnold with his proposal to Heart.

- Flashback to the Proposal of Heart & Arnold -

Josh and I were trying to find nice clothes to wear, since we were going to help with Arnold's proposal! I already knew that it would be an amazing day.

I ended up picking out a red dress and Josh just decided to wear a blue and white plaid shirt with jeans with a nice looking black jacket. I went to the bathroom and put on some makeup. Josh went in after me, and did his hair next to me. I put on a fresh layer of lipstick, then kissed Josh on the cheek, leaving some lipstick behind. I giggled at him and he chuckled at me and wiped it off.

We were finally ready in about half an hour, then we drove to the small building where Arnold told us to meet him at. The plan was that Arnold was pretending to be holding a film presentation and he had also invited other friends and family. But really, he was going to propose to Heart instead.

Josh and I arrived at the little building, and Arnold saw us and walked up to the car.

"Hey guys, thanks so much for coming!"

"Of course!" We got out of the car and Josh and I both have Arnold a friendly hug. He led us inside to a small room with a little stage in front. He showed us where we would be standing, and then we practiced a little. I pretended to be Heart, and Arnold practiced his little speech. Josh was vlogging this.

"Dingleberries, Arnold proposed to my girl!" We all started laughing. And soon after, Tim drove up and we practiced one last time.

Ten minutes later, Arnold's friends and family started to arrive and we all chatted for a bit until it was the time for the "screening of his movie". Josh and I sat down on the row of seats across from Heart. Arnold walked up onto the stage.

"Hello everybody, I would like to thank you guys for coming!" He grinned and we were all clapping.

"So as some of you may know, I have been making a movie since...July?" He looked at Heart and she nodded.

"We have been working very hard on this movie ...but guess what? We haven't even started filming it." The crowd was buzzing and whispering with confusion.

"That is because today, I will be doing something special. It's even more special than a movie." Arnold rolled the screening background thing back up and pushed the projector to the side. He motioned for me, Josh, and Tim to come up. As we did, we were singing.

Now on stage, I glanced at Heart. She was so confused. After singing, we hummed quietly and Arnold stepped forward towards the edge of the stage in front of Heart. He held her hands.

"So, Heart, we have been together for nine years and I've loved every second of it. I don't know what I would do without you." As he was talking, the people in the audience were cooing at how cute this was.

"And so, you are the most perfect girl I have ever met. Since my speech is staring to sound mushy, I guess I'll get straight to...well...the proposal." Some people started to cry, and Heart put her hand over her mouth.

"Heart, I love you so much with all of my heart, so will you marry me?" Arnold took out the ring box and opened it up to reveal a beautiful engagement ring inside. Heart took a couple of seconds to process what had just happened in her mind. She nodded. Everybody clapped and some people were still crying.

Arnold put the ring on her left hand and Heart stood up from her chair and the two of them kissed passionately.

- The Current Day -
I snapped out of my little "daydream". Heart was waving her hand in front of me.

"Colleen? Are you okay?" I shook my head.

"Yeah I'm fine, sorry."

"Oh...okay...what do you want to do now?"

"Ice cream?"

"Sure." Ice cream makes everything better.
