Reunited

~Colleen's POV~
I sat on my bed and sighed. I had been trying to call Josh for three days straight and he still hasn't answered! I don't even know what to do. Does he still love me? Or even worse, did he cheat?!

I put my face in my hands. Just then, my mom walks in.

"What's the matter sweetie?" She sits down next to me and rubs my knees.

"I've been trying to call Josh but he won't answer. I'm scared that something might've happened!"

"I'm sure he's fine. He's probably um...going somewhere." She winked at me after she said that. I'm not sure why though.

"Whatever. I'm going to go get a snack." And then I left the room to the kitchen.

~Josh's POV~
I was smiling at myself. I had just landed in California, and I was already excited to see Colleen! I can't wait to see her beautiful face again!

I got my suit case from the baggage claim, and then left to get a rental car. I drove all the way to Santa Barbara. Once I got there, I parked the car in the driveway and got out. I took a deep breath, then knocked on the door.

~Colleen's POV~
I sat on the couch with a bag of pretzels, watching the videos that Josh and I sent back and forth. I was super close to tears at that point. Then someone knocked on the door.

"I'll get it!" Said my mom. She stepped aside from the doorway, which confused me. Until Josh ran in and hugged me.

"Oh my god! What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to see you!" I let out my tears and hugged him for a while. We finally stopped the hug, and Josh kissed me on the cheek. We stared into each other's eyes. Joshua has the cutest blue eyes ever. I love him so much.

~Josh's POV~
Colleen was so damn adorable. I loved how she immediately lit up when I ran in. We embraced each other for a while, and then she decided to introduce me to her family. Gwen, Tim, Rachel, Christopher, and Trent. They were all really happy to finally get to meet me in person.

Colleen led me into her room so that we could have some privacy. Don't worry, we didn't have a make out scene or something...Anyway, I had brought my suit case in and I was ready to take out the necklace for her.

"Close your eyes Colleen!" She shut them really tight while holding on to one of my hands. She was so cute.

I took out the little box and placed it in the palm of her hand and she opened her eyes.

~Colleen's POV~
I wanted to just scream of happiness. Josh surprised me by coming here! And now this?!

I opened up the little box and immediately put my hand over my mouth.

"This necklace is beautiful!"

"A beautiful necklace for a beautiful girl." He smiled at me. I couldn't stop looking into his sweet blue eyes. Josh took the necklace out and put it on me. I touched it when it was around my neck.

"Oh my god, thank you." I hugged him really tightly. I might've squeezed the daylights out of him but I didn't care to be honest. And then we kissed. It felt good to feel his lips against mine for the second time.
