Rei looked at me and Izuku and we both nod

"Rei, you can tell us what you need to say, we won't get offend." Izuku said

She nodded her head and laced her fingers.

"Shoto, do you know that boy out there playing with your son is also your son?" She asked

Shoto nodded

"Kaminari, as his wife do you also know that Kiayo is Shoto's biological son?" She asked

Kaminari nodded

"Mom, where are you going with this?" Shoto asked

"Okay since you've both understand and agreed that Kiayo is in fact Shoto's son. I believe we all know where this is going." Rei said

"If you are going to force me to be his father, mom I can't do that. Katsuki also said that he won't and I won't take him to court. Kaminari and I haven't even talk about it yet and Izuku had played the father role into his life. I love Kaminari and I can't see myself going back on what I promised years ago." Shoto said and all I could have done was nod.

Kaminari and I looked at each other before turning back to Rei.

"Rei, I know you want what is the best for us, but Shoto denied Kiayo as his son and he promised he won't fight me in court so I am satisfied with what I have." I said

A baby started crying and Shoto got out of his seat and brought the baby over. It was a baby girl, I smiled at her before looking back at Rei.

"I understand you are satisfied with what you have and I am here to make it right. Shoto is the owner of the family company and he is doing a good job handling it, but when it comes to whoever is taking over the company after Shoto, the company is rightfully for Kiayo." Rei said making everyone gasped

"Your father knew about Katsuki and he already accepted that Katsuki would have been your future partner, so when he left me in charge of the company until you were older. It is rightfully the first child to get the company, so even if Katsuki gave birth to a girl, she would have still become the heir. Your DNA and genes are flowing through him and I owed it to Katsuki because of the pain he went through because of you. Your father's one priority was his family that he went and created that company on his own with help from the Midoriya's

We didn't raise you like this Shoto, we always showed you love and our whole lives of us struggling so our son won't struggle was because of you and you denied your son as if was nothing and Kaminari as my son-in-law, but it was wrong of you to agree with Shoto when he was disowning his son. Now look into the bigger picture, if it was in this case and roles were reversed would you have liked the fact that someone who Shoto was in love looked at you and told you that we can't force him to love and own up to his mistakes, you will feel devastated.

Now I don't want to ruin anything for the young couples, but we should be considerate that Katsuki went through a lot and he honestly thought he was on his own, but I helped him and so did Izuku. Kaminari got the loving husband, his mother didn't leave him but stood by his side. Kiayo is getting the company and that is final. I have already set up my will for that and so did your father." Rei explained

It left all of us in shock.

"R...rei you didn't need to do that. You know how much I appreciate you helping me way back then when I felt like I had no one and you and my husband both helped. I don't want anyone to hate me for something I had no control over, but I am thankful for what you've done. I will tell Kiayo what've done when he is older." I said

"You and Kiayo deserve all the happiness you could receive and I am glad that you two have both met someone who is willing to go through the hardships with both of you. Kiayo deserve it and you deserve it." Rei said and I smiled

"So what about my son?" Shoto asked

"Kiayo will be president of the company he is the bigger boss, Niko can be vice president who still has to listen to every word that Kiayo says or he can be the director. He still will get a good salary, the inheritance will be divided equally the only thing that will get between this set up is if you and Kaminari are bitter people. Kiayo still has the right to choose if he wants to manage the company, we can not force him to do something he doesn't want. In the end Shoto, Kiayo is your karma." Rei said and I looked at Shoto. who was pampering his daughter.
