Only Arranged To Love You.

(Karl POV)

"You may kiss the bride." Karl looked around and saw many people in the room,not only that but this was being live streamed so the whole kingdom could see. Before he knew it, his newly wife,Charlotte, kissed him. He didn't move his lips or his body at all. When they broke he did a wimpy smile. They walked down the aisle again together and went to his room. "Uh Charlotte can I be alone for a second I'm sorry." Karl said and she nodded and left.

Why wasn't Karl happy you ask? Yes he just got married, its not the person personality . That is why part of the reason he is upset. Tears started to form in his eyes and he started sobbing. Charlotte was a nice girl, she actually cared about him, her personality was great and cheery, she actually liked him besides his money and roal thrown. So it was not her, it was her gender. She was a woman, Karl was gay. His father forced him to marry her and no matter how hard he refused his father still did this. His father ,King Roland, said that he would fall in love eventually. Sort of get married first fall in love later. He knew he was gay for a good while, well maybe the fact he already had a love of his life. Sapnap. Him and Sapnap have been secretly together for a while. Karl tried to make it to himself not to fall in love to hard because he knew he would have to get married. But of course this never worked . Sapnap had everything he wanted in a partner he was sweet,soft, and not to mention incredibly hot. The two made sure not to do things normal couples do like dates, give gifts, and uh that thing that happens when two people love each other a lot. Karl never wanted to do any of this because in his father's eyes Sapnap was a peasant. Karl kind of knew Sapnap didn't have that much money compared to him so he made sure that just their love was enough. Karl never told his father because their kingdom was still in old fashion ways. They believed that the first son had to get married and become the king and have his partner a Queen. Karl wanted to tell his father very badly but never got the courage, but I guess it is too late. He was married to a very nice woman who loved him but he couldn't bring himself to love back.

So know Karl was sitting here crying in his room thinking about all the actions he did. If he had only told his dad he was gay, this wouldn't have happened. Karl also knew that if he told his father now it would be all in the newspapers that he didn't love his wife and was gay. All karl wanted to do at this point was to see the real love of his life. Karl wiped his face and peeked out the door of his giant room. He saw it was clear and starred sneaking out of his own room, out of his soon own castle. He started walking normally until a chef stopped him, "Prince Karl shouldn't you be in your room celebrating with your wonderful wife?" He asked. "Oh uh she wanted something from the market I'm going to get it." Karl said. The chef nodded, "Oh and tell everyone I'm out" Karl said.

Karl made it out the castle and rushed to his lovers home. He finally made it to Sapnap's small cabin and knocked. "Oh uh Karl what are you doing here?" Sapnap said. Sapnap was a little annoyed that Karl didn't tell his father before Karl got married so Sapnap wouldn't be his 'side hustle' or 'secret lover' he wanted to be his lover that's all. But when Sapnap saw Karl's face was red his eyes were puffy he could tell he had been crying. "My love what's wrong? Come i." Sapnap said holding his back leading him in. They sit down on the couch and Sapnap lays down and Karl lays down in between Sap's legs with his head on Sap's chest. Karl started crying, "I'm so sorry my love, If I only told my father I wouldn't be married to a women, but to my real love. And now I have to be the one who not only breaks that woman's heart, but my fathers, and the whole kingdoms." Karl said. Sapnap didn't know what to do. Sapnap really didn't think about how Karl telling his father would affect the whole kingdom. He rubbed Sapnap's back and placed a kiss on his forehead. "I'm sorry my love, I didn't think of that." Sapnap said. Karl sniffled and wiped his nose. Karl really messed up and we wanted to fix it all. And the way Sapnap had his back, he didn't want to make his father's opinion ruin this love he had. So Karl wanted to tell him. Of course it was hard he was running the marriage he just got into. But he wanted to tell the world publicly so they know that Charlotte isn't his love Sapnap is. "You know what my love, I want to tell them no matter how hard they judge us. And how about after I tell them we run away, together." Karl said. At this Sapnap had a big smile on his face and pulled Karl's lips to his and gave him a loving kiss. "I'm so happy you are telling them my love. And of course I would run away with you." Sapnap said. 

Karl wanted to tell his wife Charlotte first. Charlotte was always nice to him so he thought she deserved to know first. Karl went back to the castle and went into Charlotte's room. "Hey my love! Where were you?" Charlotte said coming up to Karl to try to give Karl a kiss but he backed up before she could so. She looked at him confused. "Um this is what I wanted to talk to about you about. I uh know this is an arranged marriage and I know you are trying your best to make this a thing but uh I don't want to tell you something. Your an amazing person, your super nice and thoughtful but before you I had another love. And this love is a man, Charlotte." Karl said nervously. Charlotte's face was blank. You couldn't tell what she was thinking and Karl was more nervous at this. "Oh um thank you for telling me. I'm sorry I tried to kiss you earlier. an hey don't be nervous! Its not your fault you love men. It's also not your fault the king made you marry me." Charlotte said with a smile. Karl took a deep breath. "Oh thank you Charlotte!" Karl said giving her a hug. "Don't worry I'm going to tell everyone soon!" Karl said.

Karl talked to his boyfriend Sapnap and they both agreed to tell his father privately and then they wanted to tell a reporter privately as well that he would be separating with his wife because he has a new lover. Now Karl had invited Sapnap in the castle holding his hand. They had arranged a dinner with just them in a small round table instead of their long dinner table. It is hard to get a one on one with his father and just to be alone. But now here was possibly the only time to talk to his father. 

They walked in the dinner room and saw his father sitting down at the round table quietly. When Roland saw his son holding hands with another man he didn't know how to feel. Karl and Sapnap sat down but Karl's leg started bouncing up and down under the table. Sapnap saw this and put his own hand on his thigh. Karl looked at him and smiled. All while Roland was wondering what was going on. "Hello Father." Karl said. "Hello son." His father said. "Now what did you need to tell me that we couldn't have done later?" Roland said. "because father you don't make time for me. And later might be to late. I-I want to tell you that I refuse to try to love Charlotte because I have another love." Karl said. "Why didn't you tell me about this woman earlier?" Roland said. "Because it's not a woman father. It's this man here, Sapnap who I love. We have been seeing each other for 3 months now. We have loved each other for longer." Karl said. His father stayed silent. "Karl Jacobs I did not raise you to lie and cheat an-" his dad started angrily . "Father you never raised me at all. I always had nannies and maids take care of me. And even if you did I still would have loved this man. I only married Charlotte for you not me father. And I want to start thinking of me now. So we man Charlotte are sepperatting legally, and we are telling a reporter." Karl explained. "NOT IN MY KINGDOM-" Roland started. "Good because me and Sapnap are leaving." And with that they got up and left. 

The next following months they did exactly what they planned. The two moved out to a whole different kingdom. The word spread that the wonderful couple between the prince and his new wife separated and that the prince left the kingdom. Karl made sure that he saved a well amount of money just so he and Sapnap could have their own life. They actually even got married right after Karl's divorce was signed. It was a simple marriage if you even want to call it that. They just both signed papers and right after gave each other a kiss on the lips. They were now in their small cabin together laying in bed. "I love you Sapnap" Karl said out of the blue. Sapnap looked at him confused. "Is there something wrong?" he asked. "What? I can't tell my husband I love him?" Sapnap smiled. "Well I love you too, my husband." And with that they lived happily ever after.
