"Dream pleaseee?" Karl asked his brother while shaking him. It was friday night and Karl wanted to go to a party tonight but Dream already had plans with his boyfriend George. So Dream couldn't watch his little brother at this high school party. I mean Karl was only 2 years younger than Dream as he was a sophomore and Dream was a Senior. But Dream sat there in thought. He was graduating this year and he planned to move out during the summer. He didn't want to leave his brother alone but he found a perfect little apartment where him and George could move in. He realized that he needs to let Karl be independent, but he knows how crazy these parties can be. "Okay Karl I will let you go. IF you promise not to drink too much. And keep your phone on you at all times. Who's party is it?" Dream said. Karl ran up and gave him a big hug,"Thank you! It's at Sapnap's house right down the street." Dream took a thought. He knew that his brother has a little crush on Sapnap for a while. They were all friends and all hung out after school. Karl had never told Dream he had a crush on Sapnap but it was pretty obvious to him. "Okay I'll drive you, but make sure your careful. Oh and call an uber to get home." Dream said grabbing his keys. Karl nodded and they headed to the party. 

Karl made it to the loud house and saw many cars in the driveway and on the street. He waved goodbye to his brother and headed inside. As soon as he got inside he could feel the whole house vibrating from the music. He headed to the kitchen ,past all the couples making out on the couch, to get a drink. He poured himself some vodka in a cup, because to be honest he hated drinking. When Sapnap saw him, "Hey Karl didn't know you were coming!" He said over excitingly, you could tell he already had a few drinks. "Yeah Dream finally let me come last minute." Karl laughed. "Well that's better than nothing." He joked. The rest of the party they spent just talking,drinking, and dancing. Karl's crush did continue to increase as is drunkness increased. Somehow they made them self outside in his backyard on a bench. The bench was hidden by many bushes and trees so nobody could see them.

"So how have you been lately." Sapnap asked. Karl could smell the reaching alcohol that was coming from Sapnap's clothes. But Sapnap wasn't completely out, he still had control of his talking and actions."I'm good you?" Karl said. Sapnap shrugged but was looking straight into Karls eyes. It got silent but they were both looking at each other. "Karl?" Sapnap asked. "Yes?". "I really want to kiss you." Sapnap said. "Then do it." Karl said. Sapnap put his hand behind Karl's ear and scooted closer. He finally combined their lips together in an instant. Karl kissed back but the kiss became deeper, to the point where they were making out. Sapnap put his hands on Karl's waist and picked him up and put him on his lap. Karl then kissed Sapnap's neck then joined their lips back together. But Sapnap broke it apart , "What's wrong?" Karl asked out of breathe. Sapnap looked around, "I'm sorry Karl." He started. Karl got off his lap and looked at him confusily. "I- I uh. This was a mistake. I'm sorry to play with your feelings but I'm straight. I think I drunk to much, I'm so sorry." Sapnap said not looking at Karl. Karl's heart broke in a million pieces at instant. What happened? Why did he change? Karl thought. "Oh um okay. I'm going to-I'm going to go." Karl said trying not to cry. He got up and left Sapnap on the bench. He went through the house and sat on the front porch and called a uber. 

Dream and George were laying on the couch of the house when he heard the door open. "Hey Karl. How was the party." Dream asked while George was half asleep on his chest. "I- It was uh okay." Karl said sniffling and wiping tears but speed walking trying to go upstairs. "Wait what's wrong." Dream asked turning around seeing his brother running up the stairs. It was about 12 am and honestly he didn't have the energy to chase after him. "He's going to be okay babe." George said realising that Dream's heart rate was going up. "I hope so." 

The next day was a Saturday and Karl spent the whole day in his room. Dream had gave him some space but it was 4pm and he hadn't ate anything since yesterday afternoon. Dream had made him a sandwich and chips and knocked on his door. "Karl come on you can't stay in there. I have food?" Dream said trying to convince his brother. Karl walked up and opened the door slightly to take the food. Once he got it he tried to close it again, but Dream held the door and it was completely open. "No you can't just do this. Come on talk to me." Dream said practically begging. Karl sighed then nodded and let him in his room. They both sat down on the bed and Karl ate his sandwich in silence. "Karl whats wrong? This has never happened before." Dream said rubbing his back. Karl swallowed his food, "Okay. Well at the party I kissed someone, a guy. He made out and stuff but he broke it apart to tell me it was a mistake and how he was just drunk. Even though he made the first move. I don't know Dream I thought I had found someone." Karl said looking down. Dream was shocked. Who does something like this? Dream took a thought, he practically knew everyone in the school so he probably knew this guy at the party. "I'm sorry that happened Karl. Who was this guy? Do you know him?" Dream asked. Karl stayed quiet,"Okay I will tell you, but you need to promise to say anything to them." Karl said worriedly. "We'll see tell me first." Dream said now worried because it seems like he knew this guy. Karl stayed quiet, "Its uh- It was Sapnap." Karl said with his head down. Dream got up and left the room. "Dream? Where are you going?" Karl said. "Out. I'll be back." He said running down the stairs.

Dream got in his car and drove to Sapnap's house. He banged on the door and Sapnap opened it. Dream grabbed him by the collar of his shirt, "What did you do to my brother? You broke his heart! For what? Was it a dare, or something. There is no way you will trea-" "Dream I can explain." Sapnap said out of breath because he was scared. "You better." he said letting go of his collar and pushing him inside. They both sat on the couch, "At the party I really liked Karl. And I think I still really like him, romantically. But you know my parents would kill me if they knew I liked guys. So when I kissed him I panicked and told him it was a mistake. But Dream I really want to kiss him again, and I wish I could take back what I said.I think I love him man." Sapnap explained. Dream listened but was still upset. "So you broke my brothers heart because you don't want to be seen with him? But at the same time you love him? Sapnap if you actually cared for him, you wouldn't be ashamed to be seen with him." Dream said. "No I actually care for him I swear! It's just scary. I don't want to disappoint my parents." Sapnap said. "Your doing this for your parents? Sapnap you need to go up to Karl and apologize and hope he accepts it. And if he does you can't just want to hide your relationship for your parents." Dream said. Sapnap took a second to think. He did want to be with Karl badly and he wanted to do anything to prove that. But he had just moved here from Texas and he knows how his parents are when it comes to gay people. Deep inside Sapnap kind of knew he wasn't straight but he ignored it. "I'll do anything to get him back." Sapnap said. "Okay then. On Monday as soon as you see him go up and kiss him then apologize." Dream said. Morning times in the hallway is always the busiest. It's not like a big attention seeker, because Dream knew Karl hated attention being on him, but he knew this would work."I'll do it." Sapnap said.

That Monday morning Dream and Karl walked into school Sapnap walked up to Karl and held his hand. "What are you doing?" Karl said with no emotion still angry at Sapnap. Sapnap just smiled and gave him a big kiss. He broke the kiss, "Karl I'm really sorry. I like you a lot. At the party I panicked and told you the kiss was a mistake. Now I realise the only mistake is telling you that." Sapnap said smiling hoping Karl would accept. "Thank You Sapnap this meant a lot." Karl said smiling and joining their lips together once more. "I hate to break this moment but we have to get to class." Dream said. Sapnap and Karl laughed and headed to class holding hands.
