We're now sitting in our booth, one big empty bottle of tequila and a big bottle of vodka half-empty on the table in front of us. After all that dancing and all that drinking, I needed a moment to sit down. However, I am still aware of my surroundings, not like my two good friends here, who I had to drag back to our section, making it easier to keep tabs on them.
'Irina, our boys are coming!' Sira said excitedly, garbing her glass from the table.
'What?!' my head instantly shot towards her.
'I missed Ferran and he was with Pedri and Gavi and I thought it'll be great to reunite with them.' she said rapidly.
Great.
Wondering why I'm the only one freaking out after Sira's news, I turned to my side expecting to find Ela, who wasn't there anymore. I quickly scan the room, hoping that she is dancing with her 'new friend' that she met a couple dances ago.
Fuck.
After scanning the whole section carefully, with Ela no where to be found, I started debating with myself whether leaving Sira by herself on this couch is smart. I sighed, deciding that staying here might be a better option in case Ela decides to return.
'Oh, well, might aswell take another shot with you.' I gave Sira my glass, who is filling both of them to the brim.
After taking multiple shots one after another, I felt a presence next to me. Hoping to find Ela as soon as I turn around, my face drops seeing the guy I was dancing respectfully with a while ago.
'Hey, Irina.' he smiled. 'I've been looking for you everywhere until your friend pointed me into the right direction.'
She's alive. Thank God.
'How is she?' I asked.
'She's okay.' he nodded his head. 'She actually told me to tell you she's having fun and that she's alright.'
This girl.
'Is she still with your friend? What was his name? Jake, Jack...' I started clicking my fingers trying to remember.
'Jack.' he let out a slight chuckle. 'And yes, they're on the dance floor.' he smiled. 'Seems like my friend is mesmerised by her... she's single, right?'
After a small awkward silence as I didn't know how to actually answer his question, he spoke again.
'Vale, but you can at least tell me if you are single, right?' he asked, his eyes meeting mine.
Pedri's POV:
After Sira's call to Ferran, and after seeing their pictures and me and Gavi realised that our girls probably had a lot to drink aswell, we immediately started to get ready to go.
***
After a 20 minute drive, we finally got to the club, brushing off the idea to even drink anything as we have training first thing in the morning tomorrow. We walk to the front of the line, the bouncers recognising us and letting us in straight away. The Barça team is quite a regular at this club, so finding our way around isn't going to be a mission.
Gavi cut in front of me, leading the way to the VIP booths, a big chance of the girls being there. We were halfway to the second floor, when our attention is being grabbed by the loud cheer at the bottom of the stairs. Not being able to find the source of everyone's amusement at first, my eyes finally fall onto a guy and a girl.
He's cupping the girl's face, kissing her deeply while everyone around them is cheering and clapping excitedly. However, the girl ends up pushing the guy, probably embarrassed.
'What the fuck?!' Gavi says out of nowhere, his voice overpowering the music in the club.
I quickly turn around to see the source of Gavi's reaction, my eyes widening in shock.
Ela. Ela was the girl the guy was kissing.
Irina's POV:
All I wanted to do was go home. Marco, has been flirting nonstop with me, even after I told him that I am not available. I didn't go too much in the details as my relationship didn't concern him at all.
I raised my glass to Marco, who had his arm around my shoulders, ready to take another shot with him.
'AMORE!' Sira said excitedly, quickly getting up from the couch.
Ferran quickly catches his girlfriend as she's stumbling his way to him, Pedri following right behind him, giving me a deadly stare.
Great.
As soon as Pedri reaches our booth, he goes around the side of the couch, making me giggle in my drunken state.
'Are you by any chance dating Pedri?' Marco's eyes widen in surprise.
Ready to answer him, a man's voice comes out my mouth, shocking me.
'Yes, yes she is.'
