The game was phenomenal, Barcelona ended up winning 3-0, Pedri, Raphina and another young player who could become one of my favourites just because of his anger and passion for this game. The atmosphere throughout the match was also great, Luca and Davi accompanying me by screaming and shouting whenever something wasn't going Barça's way.

The match has just finished and the players were walking around the pitch, applauding the fans who had come to watch them. As soon as it was our section's turn, the players stopped in front of us.

My eyes met Pedri's, who had his usual cheerful smile on his face.

'Irina!' Raphinha said, once again climbing up to us.

'Congratulations!' I smiled, highfiving him.

'Thank you!' he smiled. 'You three come inside and wait for me, so we can go grab something to eat. Vale?'

'Vale, vale.' I smiled and he returned to his teammates.

Pedri's POV:

Once again, Raphinha steps away from us and approaches Irina and the boys. I can't hear what he's saying but from the smile across her face, I can only assume she's very pleased with what she's hearing.

'Looks to me like he's trying to steal your girlfriend.' Gavi said quietly, a smirk on his face. 'Maybe she's just into brazilians.'

'Maybe you just need to shut up.' I turned my head towards him, giving him a death stare.

Irina's POV:

After the players walked past us and into the tunnel, me, Luca and Davi made our way towards the changing rooms. Waiting for Raphinha, I couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness building up inside me.

'Are you okay?' Luca stepped in front of me, his hand gently grabbing my arm.

I nodded my head, my eyes trying to find Davi, who was looking at the walls covered with some of the players who debuted at FC Barcelona.

'Irina.' Luca said softly. 'What's wrong?'

'Nothing.' I shook my head, a soft smile appearing on my face. 'I just...' I took a deep breath. 'I didn't realise how much I missed being inbetween these walls.' I chuckled.

Without saying anything, Luca pulled me into a hug, my head resting on his chest.

I didn't have to go into details, as he already understood why I was feeling this way. Since PSG, I tried to avoid football as much as I could, but I failed.

My eyes fell on Pedri, who was walking into our direction, the angry boy following closely behind him. I took a step away from Luca, a genuine smile spreading on my face.

'Hey.' I said, trying to go in for a hug but I stopped in my tracks. 'You guys were great out there.'

'Thank you.' Pedri smiled.

'I'm Gavi. A big fan.' the boy behind him extended his hand towards me.

'A big fan?' I chuckled, shaking his hand. 'I'm Irina.' I smiled.

He then greeted Luca, Davi joining us as soon as he realised the two football players joined us.

'Hey kid.' Pedri smiled. 'Did you enjoy the match?'

'Yes.' Davi smiled.

'How about Irina's scary boyfriend?' he said quietly, but not quiet enough, crouching down a little, trying to be on Davi's level.

'He's not actually her scary boyfriend.' Davi shook his head. 'That was a small lie.' he said almost embarrassed.

'What a relief.' Pedri let out a sigh, returning to his normal height, chuckling.

We talked a little about the match, Gavi's eyes following my every move but remaining silent.

'So who are you guys waiting for?' Pedri asked curiously.

'Raphinha. He said he wants to grab something to eat.' I shrugged my shoulders.

'How do you know him? If you don't mind me asking.' Pedri smiled.

'He's friends with Neymar.' I said throwing my arm around Davi's shoulder. 'So I met him a while ago.'

To our surprise, Raphinha appeared out of nowhere, patting Luca on the back. 'I'm sorry for making you wait.' he smiled.

'Don't worry about it.' Luca said.

'They kept us company.' Davi nodded towards Pedri and Gavi.

'Do you guys want to join?' Raphinha asked his teammates.

'We can't.' Pedri said first, as soon as he saw that Gavi wants to say something.

'Come on...' I smiled.

'It's okay, really.' Pedri shook his head. 'Another time.'

And with that, the boys said their goodbyes to us and we went our separate ways.
