My flight was in 3 hours so I grabbed my suitcases and headed downstairs to the mailbox. I placed my car keys on top of the letters for Andrea and Luca, and exited the building, glancing one last time at it.

I got into the taxi that was waiting for me and went straight to the airport. The drive was quiet, while I was trying my hardest not to cry, as I already cried in those past days worth for a lifetime.

I thanked the driver and walked inside the airport, taking a deep breath. While I was making my way to the check in, a man approached me.

'Mademoiselle Davies?'

'Oui, and who are you?' I asked confused, my eyebrows raised.

'Could you come with me?' he said with a very thick accent.

The man was probably 10 years older than me and was very handsome. He was wearing a black suit and his hair was neatly gelled.

'I'm sorry but I really have to catch a flight and I have no clue who you are.' I shook my head. 'Stranger danger?' I gave him a crooked smile.

'I insist.'

As I saw I couldn't get rid of him, and not wanting to cause a scene in the airport I decided to follow him. He took me to a more secluded airstrip, where a smaller plane was waiting.

'Erm, sorry, sir.' I said behind him, making him turn around. 'I think I have to get back now.'

'Just follow me. It won't be long now.'

'What won't be long?' I asked confused.

As soon as we reached the plane, he took my suitcases and started walking away.

'Woah, woah, woah.' I said launching for them. 'Look, man, I think you have the wrong person.' I said sternly, holding on to the suitcases with my life. 'Now...' I said trying to grab them but he was holding on to them just as tight as I was. 'I'm giving you 3 seconds to let go. I'm really not in the mood.'

Laughter erupted from somewhere behind us, followed by a round of applause. I turned around, Kylian and Luca having a massive smile on their faces. My eyes widened in shock and I rushed towards them, wrapping my arms around their necks.

'What the hell?!' I asked as I stepped back, given them a push.

'We thought you'll like it.' Luca said shaking his head, laughing.

'We thought you deserve to go out in style.' Kylian shrugged his shoulders, smiling.

'What...?' I glanced at them and then at the plane next to us. 'No, you didn't...' I said, realising what was going on.

Kylian's private plane.

I wrapped my arms around Luca. 'I thought you hate me.' I said quietly.

He pulled away from the hug, looking at me with a serious expression. 'Don't be stupid, Irina.' he said smacking my head playfully. 'I could never hate you.'

'Yeah, okay.' I said nodding my head chuckling.

'I love you too much.' he smiled, his eyes turning glossy.

'I love you more.'

My attention was then grabbed by Kylian, who was just standing there awkwardly.

'Come here.' I said laughing. 'You are one hell of a golden boy, you know that, right?' I said while I hugged him tightly.

'When are you going to stop calling me that stupid nickname?' he said laughing.

'Erm... never.' I said stepping away from the hug, my eyes meeting his.

I glanced from Luca to Kylian and back to Luca. 'Oh, how much I'm going to miss you guys...' I said trying my hardest not to cry again.

'You're acting like we won't see eachother again. Kylian has a private plane.' Luca said laughing.

'Yeah, I'm gonna see her. It's my private plane.' Kylian said smirking.

'Yeah, well, she's my bestfriend.' Luca said moving next to me and throwing his arm around my shoulder. 'So I doubt she'll want to see you without me around.' he said with a cocky smile.

'Okay you two. I need you to take care of eachother.' I said pointing at them. 'Neymar too.' they both rolled their eyes. 'Don't do that.'

After hanging out a bit with them and easing my departure, it was time for me to leave.

'Okay.' I said smiling. 'Time to go.'

The boys weren't saying anything, just staring at me in silence.

'We're not doing this again.' I shook my head. 'Just imagine I'm going on holiday by myself.'

'It's hard to imagine that.' Kylian said with a soft smile.

'Yeah because who would let you go on holiday by yourself? Not me.' Luca said, making us laugh.

'I'll see you boys soon.' I said smiling and walking towards the stairs of the plane. 'I love you. Both.'

And with that I was off.

I couldn't help but start crying once again as soon as I was getting closer to my house. I was now in front of the childhood home I grew up in, afraid to knock.

Taking a deep breath and building the courage, I started knocking. The door opened after 5 minutes of me waiting.

My mum appeared in the doorway, her eyes growing wide, not knowing what to say.

'Hey mum.' I said with a smile, a few tears escaping my eyes.

'Oh my God!' She said excitedly, grabbing me into a tight hug.

I closed my eyes, the tears becoming uncontrollable. I didn't know if I was crying because I was officially home and there was no way back or because of how much I needed her hug.

'What are you doing? Why didn't you tell me you were visiting?' she said taking a step back. 'Irina? What's wrong?' her tone becoming more worried as she saw me crying.

'I just missed you.' I smiled.
