When I start waking up, the first thing I notice is the ceiling. I'm not in the lobby. I look over as I heard someone letting a groan out, the pain groan. They were just brought in. I squint to see who it is, I see blood first near the upper ribs, right where the breast bone would be. I look up and see Eric. I try to sit up but everything starts spinning again. I take deep breaths as the more the room spins the closer I get to throwing up. I had to find out what happened. I needed him alive, because he had answers. I sat up again and flipped my legs over the bed, and got up, my legs collapsed out from under me and I hit the floor. It sorta hurt. A Candor woman rushed over and picked me up. Stay in bed. She said her voice echoed. What's wrong with me? I muttered but I didn't know if I had said it out loud. CAN WE GET A SEDITATIVE OVER HERE?!? She yelled at the guy sticking a needle in Eric, who was freaking out. He kept saying something about not wanting to, and then occasionally looking over at me, fighting to get up which only made more blood appear and him sorta scream. I looked up at the bloody sheet, everything still spinning and flashing, the lights were still too bright. I could hear Kang talking and Eric was answering things. At one point Kang looked at me briefly as they tried to get me back in bed, but anytime they moved me I started feeling sick and begging them not to. Everything was moving too fast. I looked down and felt something warm hit me, the Candor woman yelled for some back up. I could only guess I had thrown up. My head pounding. Just relax. She muttered as I felt something stick into my neck, and everything started going dark.

I wake up again, this time in a private room. Eric is no longer there, and things aren't spinning, or too bright. Nothing hurts either. I'm in a white sleep gown of some sort, and I don't have blood on me from the fight. I looked over to my right and see the door to leave, I looked back to my left and Uriah is in a chair next to me reading a book out loud. According to Greek Mythology, Humans were originally created with four arms, four legs, and a head with two faces. Jesus Christ that sounds terrifying. He said still not looking up. Fearing their power, Zeus- Dude you fear their power?!? How about they have like two faces?!? I smiled hiding a laugh. Zeus split them into two separate beings, condemning them to spend their lives in search of their other halves. He took a breath and I smiled. The Symposium. He looked up and smiled. Yeah, it, uh was in your bag so- I nodded some and he sighed. You ok? I think, what happened? You mean after they tazed you? I nodded and he looked up. Tris stabbed Eric- What? He nodded some. Yeah she stabbed him, he apparently lived though, in what condition I don't know but he deserved it. I felt my hands ball up around the sheet, I gritted my teeth as to not yell at him. No one knew. Four and the others swooped in and saved the day, Candor set up shop and started tending to the wounded, and prepping the dead, they said you tried to get out of the make shift inferm, and threw up everywhere, and then when they sedated you they brought you here. Why was I so sick? Well, when they tazed you, they sorta threw your heart out of a normal beating patter they gave you a shit ton of meds trying to get it back.
I shook my head some and he sighed. Kang wants to hold a meeting this afternoon. Uriah? He looked at me frowning. What does Divergent mean? Kacie, where did- Axel kept saying that, about me, what does that mean? They are people who can resist Simulations, they are self aware during some, or awake during others. I frowned some and he frowned. Kace, did the chip really malfunction? I shook my head he looked at me sadly. My eyes fell to the floor. Four woke me up, and told me to get dressed, and to pretend that I was under it, because if I didn't I would die. I said I could see tears building as my vision got blurry. He never told me why, and I was scared, but he wouldn't tell me why. I said as tears started falling as I just stared at the one spot. What's wrong with me?!? I snapped looking up finally sobbing. For the first time during this whole thing crying in front of someone. Uriah sighed and pulled me into a hug. It's gonna be ok, I promise, we'll get you some clothes and take you to get food ok? I nodded and just cried.
