*Third POV*

It was very dark when Ciel and Jack arrived to the Mostro Lounge liked planned after Ciel took some time to give some tips to Jack about something. They both looked at the entrance before at each other, they didn't want to be here but it would be foolish to pass up a chance to talk to Azul. They nod at each other before entering the building and walked into the lounge to find the twins. They looked around to see the place was busy with guests consisting of students from other dorms. Ciel also noticed how some of the students of Octavinelle and infected students were wearing suits while serving the guests drinks and food, surprising the boy.

"This is kind of classy." Ciel states as familiarity washed over him

"Remember, you're in enemy territory here. Stay sharp at all times." Jack reminds him, which he nods.

"Right." Then the twins walks up

"Eyyy, Little Shrimpy! Glas you could make it! I see you've got a sea urchin plus-one." Floyd said cheerfully, causing Jack to scowl.

"I told you not to call me that!"

"Calm down, Jack... We both know it's a losing battle." Ciel states as Jack sighs, the twins escorts them to an empty table.

"Well, well. Thank you for coming to our establishment so promptly. Welcome to the Mostro Lounge. Is this your first time dining here?" Jade questions them

"Um, technically not..." Ciel states, because they have been here just not when it's in business.

"Y'know, I've been wondering since lunch... Do you have a thing for askin' questions you already know the answers to?" Jack questions as Jade just smiles.

"Heh. I like to keep my bases covered. Now then, if you would allow me to provide you with a rundown of our establishment... The Mostro Lounge is a meeting place for gentlemen. Any quarrels with other dorms are verboten here. Students from all dorms are expected to abide by Octavinelle rules on the premises. We pride ourselves on providing a place for everyone to enjoy under the same set of rules. With that out of the way... How may I assist you today?"

"I have some anemone business to discuss. So if possible, I'd like to speak to the manager." Ciel explains with a serious look.

"Heh heh heh... Very well. The manager is currently meeting with another patron. Could I ask you to wait in the lounge until such time as his schedule opens up? And lest I forget, our establishment has a one-drink minimum. You must order at least a single beverage of some variety." Jade informs them as he sat them down

"Very well, but I hope we don't have to wait too long. It's very late and we have to go to bed soon." Ciel explains, which earned him a nod.

"Sea anemone, If you could take out esteemed customer's order?" Jade calls out to one of the trio.

"Sorry, I've got drinks to run." Deuce states while holding two trays of drinks

"You do it! We're slammed over here! You keep making us do all the work while you're just sittin' pretty over there." Ace exclaims in anger.

'Ace... Are you trying to go to an early grave...' Ciel thought to himself as Floyd and Jade walks up to the two.

"You're talking back to me? How impressively bold for a sea anemone." Floyd grabs the sea anemone on Ace's head while Jade grabs Deuce's head.

"OWWW! Geez!" Ace exclaims

"Quit tugging our anemones!" Deuce cries out.

"Azul tasked me with instructing the new staff, so it falls to me to instill proper discipline in those who fail to respect authority." Jade explains as he tugs harder

"Ow ow ow ow ow! Okay, okay! I get it!" Deuce exclaims.

"Now hold on a minute! You're going way overboard here!" Ciel exclaims, standing up in shock

"Ah, but you must understand. As I just finished explaining, here in the lounge, everyone must follow our rules." Jade explains to the boy.

"And according to the rules, we're allowed to squeeze problem employees who don't do as they're told!" Floyd finishes before the two let's go of the sea anemones.

"Tch... You're just makin' a show out of hazing the rookies in front of us. It's making me sick." Jack glares at them

"Is that your way of offering to take their place helpin' out around the lounge?" Floyd questions, confusing the two

"Excuse me?" Ciel asked.

"Ooh, that's a great idea! I second that proposal! All in favor? Aye! The ayes have it! Ciel and Jack are hereby nominated temporary assistants, effective immediately!" Ace declares, shocking the two as they look at him with wide eyes.

"What the bloody Hell, Ace?!" Ciel exclaims

"Hey, what're you tryin' to pull?!" Jack demands

"We're not picky, really. We'll take anyone, as long as they're willing to pull their weight." Jade informs the two.

"You guys wouldn't want get kicked out of the place, right?" Deuce whispers to them

"I'm runnin' on fumes here, and Grim's in the back, up to his eyeballs in soap from dishwashing. C'mon, be a couple of pals and help us out." Ace explains in a whisper.

"Fine, but you guys owe us later." Ciel states with a sigh and annoyed look

"...... Tch... Fine, whatever. The sooner we wrap up our business here, the sooner I can go back to my dorm and catch a few winks." Jack said in irritation.

"What? Dude, it's barely nine. What time do you go to bed?" Ace questions in surprise

"I'm always tucked in by ten." Jack answered, thinking it's not a big deal.

"Whoa, we got a serious model student over here!" Ace states as Ciel chuckles at his reaction

"So I can put both Little Shrimpy and Sea Urchin down for helping out with a shift, yeah?
Perf. You can start by running these drinks to table three." Floyd informs the two.

They took the two to the back as Ace and Deuce followed after them so they could get more drinks. Once they were in the back, Jade handed Ciel and Jack some waiter aprons since they were only helping for a bit. After they got the apron on, they are given two trays of drinks and what table they go to as Ace and Deuce got more drinks. Ciel noticed there weren't that many drinks on his trays like the other three but shrugs it off as nothing. Jade began to tell Ciel and Jack what is expected before motioning to the door.

"Don't keep our customers waiting, now. And Jack, try not to scowl so when interacting with clientele." Jade informs the group

"Pffft! A scowl like that would have anyone running for the hills!" Ace chuckles.

"What? I'm not scowling." Jack counters with a frown

"You kinda are." Ciel states with a sweatdrop.

"Hey, no slackin' off boys. I'm keepin' an eye on you." Floyd states with a smile before ushering them out.

They all begin to serve the tables their drinks, Ciel put up a sweet smile when serving the guests to make himself even more friendly than he already was. Which seemed to work as some of them gave him tips, which he doesn't know what to do with it, and was given compliments. He looked at Jack and saw that he was doing pretty good, thanks to him giving him some tips earlier. He then looks at Ace and Deuce to see that they were doing okay, but were tired with strain smiles on their faces. That made him wince as they met up with Jade and Floyd for more drinks.

"It's a lot easier with you helping, Jack." Deuce states with a smile while holding an empty tray

"Yeah, I thought you'd bungle it, but you're doing pretty well." Ace said in surprise.

"It's not that hard once you learn what to do. And Ciel's been givin' me pointers, too." Jack informs them while giving a table their drinks.

"Glad I was able to help!" Ciel calls out to him as he handed out the drinks to his table.

"Ha ha. Keep up the good work." Jade compliments them.

The group were given more drinks and did as they were doing earlier, as there were more guests in the lounge. Ciel kept mind of his breathing while making sure he had his inhaler, that he got from the nurse. He doesn't want to bring up his asthma due to having a few memories that left a bad feeling in his mouth. But from time to time Jade would help him, which confused him but didn't mind. After while, the group takes a little break from serving drinks, Ciel and Jack were smiling while Ace and Deuce was even more tired.

"We've put in all the outstanding orders." Jack states with a smirk

"And it wore us to the bone in the process..." Deuce reminds him as he lets out a yawn.

"Wow, nice job. That mean you're still up for more?" Floyd inquires

"In that case, you can get to washing dishes, serving food, and making drinks." Jade listed more tasks to the group.

"Have mercy on a guy, will ya?" Jack groans

"No wonder the trio looked tired..." Ciel states, reminded of the time he had to do task for what seems to be a circus of sorts.

The group does the new tasks that was given to them, but to make it easier, they would take turn on who does what. Thankfully, Ciel was mainly on dishes and food tasks as he didn't know how to make drinks while Jack as mainly on food and drink making. However, Ace and Deuce were unlucky to have all three, possibly like the other day. Jade and Floyd took turns watching the group while doing their own tasks. After a couple of minutes, the number of guests dies down as the group meets up again.

"Phew. The crowds're finally dying down." Jack states with a sigh as Ciel stretched a bit

"You practically put that rush in a headlock and gave it a noogie! 'Preciate the helping hand, Little Shrimpy and pal." Floyd thanks the two.

"You got a veritable madhouse of customers under control. Most impressive indeed." They all turn around to see Azul standing there, impressed by the two's hard work.

"Azul!" Jack and Ciel exclaims

"My apologies for the wait. The VIP room is ready now. Right this way, if you would. Jade. Floyd. Get our customers some tea." Azul orders the twins, who gives a small bow.

"Right away, sir."

The twins goes to prepare the tea while Azul leads the two to another room as Ace and Deuce continues their tasks. Azul had a smiled on his face, but the two have a feeling that he's planning something. After all, from what they were able to see and hear about Azul, he was a calculating individual and one you must tread carefully with. Jack quickly grabbed Ciel's hand and squeezed it a bit as he noticed the boy's uneasiness, which Ciel thanked him. Then as the voices begins to fade a bit, Azul opens the door for the two to enter as Jack enters first with Ciel following as he thought.

'What move are you planning to make, Azul...'
