*Third POV*
"I bid you pilfer a certain photograph from the Atlantica Memorial Museum in the Coral Sea before the sun sets on the third day from now." Azul explains, surprising everyone in the room.
"You want us to steal a piece of art?!" Jack questions in shock
"I don't think it's a piece of art, Jack. After all, stealing an actual piece of art would be hard to do." Ciel argues back to which Azul nods.
"!" Jade's eyes widen as he freezes a bit, which didn't go unnoticed by Ciel.
'Those Jade know what the photo is?'
"No, not a piece of art. A photo. One commemorating a visit to the museum from Prince Rielé, taken ten years ago." Azul clarifies
"Gonna need more detail than that." Jack states in a serious tone.
"Yeah... We can't get the photo if we don't know more about it." Ciel states, wanting more info so they can get the right photo since their might be multiple.
"It's a photo panel placed right near the museum entrance. It has no historic value whatsoever. Borrowing it would not cause any particular fuss." Azul explains
"Then why do you want it at all?" Grim asked, no longer covered in foam but was now puffy.
'Poor Grim, he looks like a puff ball...' Ciel thought to himself before looking back at Azul
"Heh. What's the point of a challenge if it's not challenging? If I were to concoct a trifling errand, I would simply be giving away my end of it, wouldn't I? I'm not running a charity here." Azul answered.
"The Atlantica Memorial Museum is a renowned tourist attraction that houses a good twenty different cultural artifacts. That includes the Silver Hair Comb, a Coral Sea national treasure, and the Mermaid Princess's Prized Cork Openers, among others. We're not asking you to find a speck of gold dust on the seabed here." Jade explains to the three as Floyd speak out
"Oh, hey, didn't we go there on an elementary school field trip once?" Ciel tilt his head at his words.
'They been there before?... Wait. Those that mean the museum's location is...'
"Hold on. The nation of the Coral Sea is at the bottom of the ocean, right? It's not exactly hospitable to land mammals like us with no fins or gills. I think you're askin' too much here." Jack stated, remembering where the museum was located
"What he said! I can't breathe underwater, y'know!" Grim cries out.
"Yeah, how do you expect us to get the photo if we can't even get there in the first place." Ciel questions
"That sounds like a 'you' problem...is what I would normally say, but fear not. I will provide you with our very own magic potions. They'll enable you to breathe underwater." Azul informs the three.
He uses his magic to summon a potion to him, he checks to make sure there was noting wrong with it before handing it to Ciel. Ciel looked at the potion, the potion was in a bottle that was shaped like a sea shell used by hermit crabs. The liquid was a bright green that seems to be glowing and at the top was a small golden tag. Jack and Grim looked at the potion in confusion as Ciel inspected it. After a bit, Azul cleared his throat to grab their attention again as he spoke once more.
"Once, when a poor little mermaid princess fell in love with a human, the Sea Witch was kind enough to grant her legs to walk upon the earth. And really, what are any of us without a sense of charity? Heh heh heh. So, what do you say? Do we have a deal? Will you agree to a contract with me? I'm afraid I don't have all day, so if you could make your decision now, I'd appreciate it. Chop, chop!" Azul urges as Ciel thought about for a bit before nodding.
"I'm in!"
"Excellent! Go ahead and sign the scroll, then.... I give you my word that I will release the 225 sea anemones currently doing my bidding. Should you fail at your challenge, however...Ramshackle Dorm will belong to me, and as a student of that dorm, you will do as I say!" Azul reminded Ciel the outcomes.
Azul snaps his fingers as a golden contract appears in front of Ciel, on it was the terms and content of their discussion. Ciel made sure to read very carefully so he doesn't miss anything that could cause him trouble. Then he was handed a feather pen, he was confused but Azul explains he prefers his clients signing with a feather pen to pay respect to the benevolent sea witch. Ciel shrugs it off as he signs the contract after looking through it a few more times while smiling in his mind. Once he was done, he hands the feather pen and contract back to Azul, who proceeds to roll up the contract with a smile.
"Heh heh heh... There we are. Signature received. The contract is now in effect. Should you successfully steal the photo from the Atlantica Memorial Museum and bring it to me before sunset on the third day from now..." Azul sets the deadline
"I won't let you win!" Ciel said with a glare as Azul looked at the twins.
"Jade. Floyd. If you could kindly walk our guest home? I'll see you in three days."
Ciel, Jack, and Grim leaves the room with the twins as Azul does his own thing with a smirk as the door closed. After a couple of minutes of walking, the group arrives outside of the Ramshackle Dorm. Jack decided to wait by the gate just in case something happens and needs to intervene. Ciel opened the door to the dorms as Grim rushes inside, relieved to be back in the dorms again. The twins also entered the dorms as they looked around, it wasn't in a disrepair like they initially thought.
"Oho. So this is Ramshackle Dorm. This is my first time inside, and already I'm smitten by its charm. It's close to school as well. It would be a perfect site for a Mostro Lounge branch cafe." Jade states as he looked around
"There's ghosts living here, right? That sounds rad." Floyd smiles, not put off with ghosts.
"Yeah, do be careful when exploring there are some areas in disrepair." Ciel warned them as Grim was confused
"Why're you guys followin' us inside, anyway?" The three looked at him in surprise.
'Is he serious right now...' Ciel thought to himself
"Uh, 'cause this place is collateral in a deal between Ciel and Azul? Duh?" Floyd informs him
"Myah?!" Grim cries out in shock.
"Unlike the rest of you, Ciel has no power to put up as collateral. So we're confiscating the dorm instead." Jade explains in more detail
"Say WHAT?!" Grim exclaims
"Grim, did you not hear what Azul stated earlier?" Ciel stated with a sigh.
"This dorm belongs to Azul until you hold up your end of the bargain. Hence, I'm afraid I must ask you to vacate the premises immediately." Jade informs them as Floyd smiles as he place a hand on Ciel's shoulder.
"Don't worry, we'll give you time to pack your stuff. So nice, right?"
"Once this dorm officially enters Azul's possession, we will be disposing of all personal belongings in it. I suggest you prepare accordingly." Jade states
"Heh heh heh. Don't worry! We'll give it all back if you bring us the photo before the third sunset." Floyd reassures the two as him and Jade chuckles.
"Heh heh heh heh..." The twins leaves to explore the rest of the dorm while discussing future plans for the dorm.
"MRAAAH! I gotta save all the tuna!" Grim cries out as he runs towards the two's shared room while Ciel facepalms and shakes his head.
"What a mess. Well, I'd better start with my school uniform and study supplies..."
Ciel sighs to himself as he follows after Grim, to make sure he doesn't hurt himself or break anything. As he did so, he suddenly felt pain in his covered right eye, causing him to close his left eye because of pain. Once the pain was gone, he opened his eye, only to see he was in a grey purplish area surrounded by black shades. He then watched as two drops of ink falls from the sky and lands, forming into a puddle. It fades away as Ciel caught his breath before shaking his head as he walk towards his room.
'Something's gonna happen... I hope I can play my cards at the right time...'
