*Third POV*

The fight continued as both sides refused to back down but it was clear that one side was winning, and that was Azul and the twins. But Jack, Grim, Deuce, and Ace refused to stand down as they sent spell after spell at the three. Using the distraction, Ciel quickly and quietly slipped past the and was now on the other side of the door, peeking through the crack. The fight lasted for a couple of more minutes before it was finally over. The results were Ciel's friends covered in injuries as Azul and the twins had less then them, which made Ciel worried.

'They need to leave, now!' Ciel thought to himself

"*Huff, huff* Argh... I never knew housewardens were this powerful!" Jack exclaims with irritation.

"Let that be a lesson to you. NEVER try to steal my contracts again." Azul states with a smirk

"Shouldn't you guys be hustling over to the Atlantica Memorial Museum?" Floyd questions.

"Your deadline is sunset tomorrow. The clock is ticking, you know." Jade reminds the four with a smirk.

"Then again, after we're done workin' you over, you'll be spending the rest of that time passed out in the nurse's office!" Floyd declares as Ciel rolled his eye.

'Just how much pride do these three even have?'

"They're about to attack again!" Deuce announces as they got back into a fighting stance.

"Crud! Summoning magic ain't my strongest suit, but... I summon thee, cauldron!" Ace declares

"Hey! Don't crib my magic!" Deuce shouts at him.

"Didn't we go over this yesterday? You'll never touch me with that! Bind the Heart!" Floyd states as he used his signature, which misses as hits the vault.

'Bingo.' Ciel smirked after seeing Azul's panicked look.

"Floyd! Watch where you're directing that spell! You've aimed right for the vault, you fool!"

"Whoopsie-daisy. Sorry about that." Floyd apologized

"No... The door's damaged! The dial and hinges aren't shot, are they?! Phew. Okay, good. How many times have I told you not to use your signature spell so carelessly?! What will it take to get it through your head?!" Azul questions while inspecting the door.

"I said I was sorry, okay? You don't gotta get all bent outta shape over one little ding." Floyd states with a pout.

"You'd have me save my protestations for when it's completely demolished, then?!" Azul counters as the two continued to argue.

"Okay, you two, settle down. Otherwise...they'll get away." Jade interrupts the two

"Huh?" Azul and Floyd questions.

"*Psst!* Guys, run!" Ciel called out to them

"Now's our chance! So long, suckers!" Grim shouts with a smirk.

The four quickly made a run for it as the leave the room and followed after Ciel, who had run ahead of them to avoid being seen by Azul and the twins. The last thing he wants is to be dealing with them especially, Azul. He was tired of his dirty tricks and his schemes and he just wanted to end it all but he knew he had to wait since this was not the perfect time to do so. As for Azul, he was still in shock at what just happened, the twins waited to see what he'll do now. Luckily, his shock didn't last long as his face became angry at the turn of events.

"Hey, wait! Jade! Floyd! After them!" Azul orders them
"Gettin' yelled at kinda harshed my vibe." Floyd states with a frown.

"Is that really relevant right now? How can you let moods dictate your behavior so much?!" Azul shouts in shock.

"What about you, Azul? What're you gettin' all snappy for? So what if the vault gets busted? The contract scrolls are unbreakable, right?" Floyd questions him as Azul sighs.

"Do you expect me to walk around carrying a whole bundle of contracts everywhere I go?! *Sigh* Oh dear. That was careless of me. I let Floyd derail me entirely again. Gracious. Jade, continue keeping an eye on them...and look after Floyd, while you're at it."

"Understood, sir." Jade says with a smile

"Maaan, this stinks. I think I'ma cut class this afternoon and catch a nap somewhere." Floyd says while pouting, causing his brother to sigh.

"*Sigh* Here we go again..."

Meanwhile with the group, they successfully escape from Octavinelle dorm without being followed by the twins. Since it was revealed that the twins were keeping tabs on their every move, mainly Ciel's. Which meant that they had to be very careful now to try and keep the twins in the dark. The group was now in the hall of mirrors as they were now catching their breaths while Ciel used his inhaler and now how to get another one. He looked at the others to see how they were holding up.

"Are you four okay?" Ciel questions as they nod

"Phew. I was scare stiff there." Deuce stated as Grim nods in agreement.

"We wouldn't be in this ness if you weren't such a huge target, Jack." Ace stated as he glares at Jack.

"Wh—hey! I just work out more than you guys! What's wrong with that?! Besides, wolves are naturally large creatures." Jack argues back

"He's got you there, Ace." Ciel states as Ace groans.

"Well, we can't tear the contracts up. We can't even touch them as things stand." Deuce says with a disappointed look.

"I think we'd better call it a day." Jack states

"Agreed, after all you four did take quite a beating by Azul and the twins. So it's better to continue tomorrow." Ciel agrees as he looked at their injuries.

"We wasted a whole day, and for what? Nothin'." Grim pouts as Ciel shakes his head.

'That's not entirely true, Grim. You'll soon see.'

"Is there really a way to shred those dumb things?" Ace questions as Ciel thought about it before smirking.

"Wait a minute..."

The four looked at Ciel in confusion, wondering what Ciel was smirking about this time since he doesn't do it all the time. But just as Ciel was about to speak his vision was once more a purplish grey surrounding with a black gradient once more as pain formed in his right eye. His eye widens as he saw more ink falls from the sky and combined with the ink puddle on the ground, making it bigger. He felt the pain increased as the vision fades away as he saw the four looking at him concern. He sighs and tells them to forget it and stated they have to go to the rest of their classes.

'Tomorrow is the deadline, we have to act and fast!"
