*Ciel's POV*

I got back to Savanaclaw just in time for a late dinner since there were a few students that missed dinner, so I didn't have to worry about starving or looking for left overs. After I finished eating, one of the students told me that Leona and Ruggie were looking for me. Having feeling why, I thanked the student before making my way to Leona's room. Once I got there, I was handed a dustcloth by Ruggie while Leona was laying on his bed like usual. I looked over to Grim, who looked annoyed, before looking back Ruggie as he began talking.

"Your job for today is to clean Leona's room." Ruggie informs us

"You'd better earn your room and board, herbivores." Leona stated in a serious tone but with a smirk.

"Between Azul bossin' me around at work and Leona doin' it at home, I'm a mess. Uuugh." Grim groans

"So, we do we start first?" I questioned as I looked around the room.

"Start by putting all his randomly-discarded clothes into the laundry basket, then clean off his desk. Accessories go in this drawer. Books go on that shelf. Once the desk is clear, wipe it off with a dustcloth." Ruggie instructed us

"Got it!" I said with a smile

"You're not a cub. You should know how to clean up after yourself." Grim mutters to himself, which made me sweatdrop.

"Grim, do you have a death sentence or something?"

"Hm? Care to run that one by me again?" Leona questions with a growl.

"Eep! I-I didn't say nothin'. Okay, I'll start cleanin' the pile of stuff offa this desk... Whoa! He left some expensive-lookin' jewelry just lyin' around. And there's his wallet! W-with this much stuff around, surely he wouldn't notice one little thing goin' missing, right? That's what he gets for not puttin' this stuff under lock and key. Nyeh heh heh..." Grim says while smirking.

"No, bad Grim. No stealing." I said as me and Ruggie hit him on the head.

"Don't even try it. That one's mine to nab—uh, I mean, he'd know immediately if something was unaccounted for. I keep telling you to stop leaving your valuables out in the open, Leona. You're gonna get robbed blind one of these days!" Ruggie scolds Leona, while trying to hide his desire to nab the wallet.

"I don't think he cares about that..." I state with an awkward smile

"Ah, shut your trap. What are you, my mom? So what if my stuff gets stolen, anyway? It's no big deal. I say if someone's got the guts to steal from me, they can go right ahead." Leona states with a frown.

"But it IS a big deal! That's my point! It's all fun and games being rich until the day you suddenly feel the penny drop. They're called 'valuables' for a reason." Ruggie explains with an annoyed look.

"Wait a bloody minute..." I mutter to myself as I thought back to what Hornton said.

"This is what drives me nuts about you silver-spoon types..." Grim mutters as my eye widens after I put to to two together.

"AHA! THAT'S IT!"

My shout caused the group to jump with their eye wide as they look at me, wondering why I shouted all of the sudden. Grim had some of his fur standing up, Ruggie backed away a bit while Leona was rubbing his ears. I did feel bad for surprising them but I didn't care at the moment since this realization is more important at the moment. Since it will help with not only for Leona to learn something useful but also helpful for my plan. How I didn't realize this fact but other facts will haunt me for the rest of my life.

"Whoa! What's gotten into you, Ciel?" Grim questions in shock while dropping the dustcloth.

"Oi. Bring the volume down a notch." Leona stated with an annoyed look, but was ignored.

"They're in the vault because they're NOT unbreakable! Because of that, He doesn't want the contract scrolls to be stolen!" I inform the group

"Huh?" Ruggie questions.

"Hah... Ha ha ha! Of course! I get it now. That's an intriguing line of thinking." Leona states with a smirk.

"Huh? What'd I miss?" Grim asked, still not catching on, as Leona looks at him.

"Here, I'll explain..."

Leona began to explain to Grim what I realized, I wasn't surprised that he was able to figure out what I was saying. While Leona was explaining to Grim, I was doing the tasks that was assigned to me and Grim so Grim won't be complaining as much. Ruggie was supervising as to make sure I didn't make any mistakes or break anything in the process. After a while, Leona finished explaining as I finished most of the tasks, leaving some for Grim to do. Me and Ruggie looks at the two as Grim let's out a noise.

"Ohhh, I getcha! NOW it makes sense! Now that we've got a weak point to exploit, let's bust into Octavinelle right now!" Grim declared with a smirk

"Um... About that." I state as I remembered one small detail.

"There's just one problem with that." Ruggie informs him, knowing what I was gonna say.

"Myah?" Grim tilts his head in confusion

"If Ciel's read is right, then the Leech brothers are sure to show up and interfere. Honestly, they're a bigger hurdle to you guys than the vault itself." Ruggie explains as Grim groans loudly.

"For cryin' out loud... We're so close, I can almost taste it!"

"But that means that if we could do something about the Leech brothers..." I trailed off as a smirk formed.

"Hey. I've got a good idea of where you're going with this, so I'll get this outta the way now... I'm not helping. No way, no how. The last thing I need is to get dragged into someone else's mess. Especially when that cephalo-punk is involved." Leona states

"Same goes for me. Don't even ask." Ruggie says in agreement.

"Hmph. You guys're real fairweather friends, y'know that?" Grim states with a deadpanned look while I had a determined look on my face.

"Grim... Get ready. It's go time."
