It's been a year since I was almost killed by my so-called best friend, Lydia. Since then, I released a comedy book about three best friends trying to live their lives in New York City. Life slowly went back to normal, but I still dream of her sometimes. Even though, I have not completely healed from the trauma of unknowingly letting a toxic fan who was a known killer enter my life, I have gone to therapy to cope with it and my nightmares. I do not let what happened to me define me as a human being or an author. Of course, everyone quickly knew the entire story and there has been conversations talking about making a movie based on what happened to me. Dylan, Lydia's ex-boyfriend had even reached out to me, thanking me for my bravery and defending myself to her and was happy that I had escaped from her, and slowly we have become friends.
And as far as Jolene and Bree are concerned, they have also gone to therapy too but the three of us are still the best of friends and we have healed together as a group. But we have been very careful and cautious about meeting new people.
