Sky POV

I jerked my head up to Phai's voice and gulped. He looked pissed.

"Move!" Phai growled.

The guy jumped and started to move like an ant on a hot plate. Phai sat possessively down next to me and I couldn't help the smirk.

"I'm sorry, I was only joking," the guy stammered.

Phai levelled him with a glare and it gave me a semi-hard-on.

"Joking? You were trying to sleep with my boyfriend and you were only joking?"

"Well, I ... I mean ..."

Phai waved him off and turned to me, his glare on me now. He gripped my shirt and pulled me to him.

"Just see what I'll do if I ever find out you've cheated on me," he warned.

"Don't worry about that baby, I wouldn't dare cheat on you," I chuckled before I gave him a kiss.

He moaned softly against my lips and I groaned in response. I wanted to bend him over and take him right there. A few coughs around us forced us to break apart.

The guy had gone and everyone else was smirking at us. I shrugged and pulled him into me, smirking myself.

By the end of the night, Phai was drunk and everyone else was on their way home. He'd excused himself to the bathroom but that had been a while ago now. I decided to see if he'd fallen asleep. Ram and Lukchup came with me.

When I opened the bathroom door I stood still in shock. There, up against a bathroom wall, was my boyfriend. He was kissing that guy from earlier. Phai's shirt was undone and pulled halfway down his back.

They were both moaning, as Phai's hands groped all over the other guy's body. Without a word, I turned and left. Ram called after me but I ignored him.

I made it all the way home before breaking down. My chest heaved as the image played over and over in my mind.

When my phone rang, I picked it up and saw Phai's caller ID. I switched it off. I was in no mood to hear any excuses nor did I want to.

---

The next morning I felt like shit. My head throbbed, and my chest felt heavy. I thought about going to see Phai but then decided against it.

A sudden knocking at my door brought me out of my thoughts. I contemplated not answering but then I heard Ram's voice.

"It's just me Sky, come on open up!"

I let him in and he followed me to the dining table. After getting us both a drink I took the seat opposite him. I couldn't meet his gaze.

"Sky," he started. "Have you talked to Phai?"

I shook my head. I'd noticed several missed calls and messages but I didn't bother opening them.

"I think you should, it might not be what you think," he suggested.

"I don't want to talk to him," I sulked.

"Just call him," he suggested, handing me my phone.

I opened the phone and clicked on the messages. They were all from Phai, one from last night and the other three from this morning.

'Where'd you go!'

'P'Sky, what happened last night?'

'Lukchup said you were upset with me, what did I do?'

'Please Sky, talk to me. You said we would always talk to each other, no matter what.'

With a sigh, I messaged Phai to come over. Ram smiled at me and patted my shoulder as he left. Phai arrived ten minutes later. He sat where Ram had been sitting looking nervous.
