My Engineer - King and Ram part 2

Here we go, who is at the door?

"King!" we looked at each other shocked, before shooting up off of each other. I shot off into the bathroom, trying to calm my racing heart.

"Oh! N'Ram, where is King?" I heard my sister ask Ram. I flushed the toilet and walked out as calmly as I could.

"Sis!" I greeted trying not to blush. Ram avoided her eyes as he sat crossed-legged on the bed. 'Lucky bastard, he has an excuse to look away and not talk,' I thought. Kumfah looked from Ram to me, arms crossed, I could almost see the wheels in her head-turning. It didn't take a genius to know the path those wheels were heading in.

"What's going on? Why didn't you answer the door?" she asked me accusingly.

"I was in the bathroom, and Ram won't go to the door," I said. "Did you even knock more than once?" I teased her. She looked a little guilty which told me she might have knocked but she didn't wait for long before walking in.

"Well no...... but why are you home? I saw Tee and he said you weren't feeling well. Are you really sick?" she asked me again looking at Ram. I could see her BL wheels turning again as her face suddenly became giddy.

"Don't tell me, you wanted to spend time alone with N'Ram. So you could kiss, cuddle and ....."

"Stop!" I said stopping her from going any further. I could see Ram going a little red, I could feel my cheeks turning red too.

"Sorry, but It's not what you think, sis. Ram has some important exams coming up, one being tomorrow and he needs some help with studying. My class today was just a revision, so I decided to help Ram instead. Plus I can revise whilst I help him," I lied to her. My fingers were almost crossed hoping that she believed me. She thought it over before looking confused.

"Why did you lie to Tee? Why did you say you were sick instead of helping N'Ram?"

'Shit!' I thought. 'What can I say?' I asked myself until a light bulb went off. I remembered something, I had been meaning to talk to her about. I folded my arms and glared at her.

"I lied to Tee because someone told him that when she first met Ram we were holding each other and that when he left we held onto each other refusing to let go," I said to her. I saw Ram shoot his head up quickly in surprise.

Tee had told Boss and then Boss had teased me or tried too. That's when I found out what she had told him. Kumfah was looking guilty again.

"Well, I ..." she stammered.

"Did you need anything?" I asked her after watching her try to stammer out an answer. Before she could answer her phone starting to ring. whilst she answered her phone I looked at Ram, he looked back at me calmly. It looked like being almost caught kissing didn't faze him at all.

"I have to go," Kumfah said before waving goodbye and rushing out quickly. She left us alone in the bedroom, the nerves taking me over again. My palms started sweating and I felt like a little kid going on his first date. Though I haven't had as much experience as Bohn and Tee I am by no means a virgin. This is the first time I have felt something for a guy though. My stomach growled breaking the silence, I smiled timidly at Ram.

"Let's get something to eat," I said before walking out and into the kitchen. Unfortunately, my cupboards and fridge were pretty much empty. I turned and jumped, I hadn't expected Ram to be so close. He was just a foot away, his eyes gazed softly into mine.

"There's no food," I said quietly. "Let's go to the store," I suggested moving around him, trying to get some space between us. I picked up my bag and watched Ram get his jacket.
