I close my eyes, letting it engulf me,
There's no reason to fight it: let it be.
Inhale, exhale, nice and deep.
I then enjoy the feeling as it seeps
Into every inch that is part of me.
I wouldn't be surprised if you could see
(Since to notice you'd only need to peep)
The peace some don't even get in their sleep.
Do let go of those things that distract you,
Because they often do nothing but harm.
Do embrace those things that most comfort you,
The very things that bring some precious calm.
And that calm, you will know when it is true,
Is your moment to relax and disarm.
