Should I take a break
From writing new pieces?
Time to rejuvenate
Is quite needed.
Or am I neglecting
The ideas around me
By not reflecting
On things that I can see.
If I take a moment,
I'm sure that I'll find
Something that seemed dormant
But really is alive.
But what if I don't have
That moment to spare?
Should I end this path
Along with its scare.
Maybe it's because
I walk more than one way
Hence I must pause
And return another day.
