Louis: "Maybe we should call someone," you told Louis, as he tried to fix the stove that had not been working properly for over a week now. You normally didn't mind him trying to fix things, but this was a stove full of electricity and fire; Two things you didn't think he should chance his luck with. "Please Louis." "I'm almost done," he informed you, while putting everything back together. He wasn't sure if he'd fixed it or not, but he was pretty sure he had. "Give me a few seconds, and then you can try it." You shook your head. There was no way you wanted to test out it out. "You do it." "Okay," Louis laughed, and once he was finished, he turned on the burner right away; not worried at all. "See," he said, as it heated up, "I told you I could do it." You sighed with relief, "Yeah, you did it."
Harry: "Harry?!" You yelled, as you glanced around the outside of your home, looking for your boyfriend. You could hear loud noises coming from somewhere, and wondered if he knew what was going on. "Where are you?" As soon as you yelled that, you got an answer to all of your questions. "Up here!" In an instant your head snapped up, and you could see Harry up on the roof, with a hammer in his hands. "What are you doing up there?!" "I saw that the gutter was loose, so I thought I could fix it." It took you a while to form any thoughts other than panic, "Get down!" "I finished now," Harry replied, so much calmer than you, "I think it's fixed, but we won't know for sure until it rains." He said that, as he was climbing down; so when you replied, you were face to face, "You know we could have called someone to do that?" Harry shrugged, "Why? I did it." You nodded, and sighed. There was no use arguing about it now. "Yes, and thankfully you didn't break any bones. Please don't try that again though."
Niall: When you had somewhere to go, and your car refused to start, you quickly reached for your phone, "Great, now I have to call someone." From the passenger seat, Niall responded to you, "No, don't worry. I can fix it." "We don't have time Niall," you replied, as the phone rang again and again, and you waited for the mechanic to answer. You had things to do, and you honestly did not think Niall could fix it on his own. He would just waist time. "Just let me try," he said, as he opened the door to the car, "I think I know what it it." Before you could say anything else, he walked away, and you decided to just let him try. You clicked the button for the hood, and sat in the car, as he did whatever it was he had to do. After less than a minute passed, you heard him, "I'm done!" You didn't believe him, but you tried your car anyway, and felt pleasantly surprised when it started up right away, "You did it!"
Liam: There was a long list of things Liam had tried to fix around your home, and yet sooner or later you always had to call someone else. So when your TV was going in and out, you weren't so sure of his suggestions to fix it himself. "I can do it [Y/N]." "You've said that about other things," you commented, the moment he began to mess with all the wires behind your television, "Isn't this just wasting our time?" "No," he quickly responded, "For once I think I know what I'm doing." "Mhm, sure," you replied, as you saw him remove one of the wires, "This one is the one that's out. All I have to do is get a new one, and then it'll work. See, I told you I could do this." A small smile found it's way across your face, though you still had your doubts, "It's not fixed yet, but okay, I hope you can do it."
Zayn: "It's mid-July. Air is so important right now," you explained to Zayn, while fanning yourself with a piece of paper. It had been less than a day since your air had gone out, and already you felt like you were going to pass out. It was just too hot out for this to go on much long, but you'd called to get it repaired, and they said it would be days. "Maybe I could take a look at it? We can't wait for days." You were hesitant, "Do you have any idea how to fix this?" "No, but I can try," he answered honestly, "If I can't, at least I can't break it either." "True," you said, "Just try." He walked away after that, and went outside to the air conditioner; where he stayed for over an hour. You were sure he'd get nowhere, but it didn't hurt if he tried. Suddenly though, as you were drinking a water to try and cool off, you heard the air kicking on, and you screamed with joy, "Air!"
