Opposite Hearts || Yn x Mattheo Riddle

Chapter 12

Yn pov:
I was sitting on a sofa, in the School Master's tower, with Pansy, Enzo, Tedros, and Agatha.

Nobody said anything, we just sat there, pressed together as the sofa wasn't very big. Professor Dovey was pacing up and down in front of us, looking quite worried, she was mutterimg things under her breathe.

Suddnely in came Lady Lesso, followed by Mattheo, Theodore, Draco, Blaize, Tom, and Sophie.

They looked around taking in their surroundings, then made their way towards us, standing beside the sofa. Sophie stood at the back, she lokked like she had been crying so I went to comfort her. I knew the reason was because she didn't want to believe she was Evil, but I dont think anything can be done about that.

Lady Lesso went up to Professor Dovey and they turned and looked at us.
"Maybe you should take the Riddles" Dovey whispered quietly, tho we all heard.
"Yes" replied Lady Lesso, and she motioned for the Riddles to follow her to another room.

They followed after her.
We all just sat there waiting for Professor Dovey to talk but she didn't. I suppose she was waiting for the Riddles to come back

Mattheo's pov:
"Maybe you should take the Riddles" Dovey whispered quietly, tho we all heard.

I looked up at them. Why would they want to talk to us? Were we in trouble? Probably, we always got into fights. Well I did, Tom preferred dueling. But why were the others here then?

"Yes" replied Lady Lesso, and she motioned for me and my brother to follow her to another room.

We got up, keeping our faces blank. We weren't worried, we were curious.

"I want you to answere truthfully" she said in a stern voice.
"What would you do if your father returned to power" she asked even more stern, glaring at us.

The words hit us in suprise. We definitely weren't expecting that. Why was she asking about our father? He was dead.

"Um, what do you mean" Tom said, also surprised, and not knowing how to answere.

"Well, would you join him, or fight against him?" She said, a little impatient.

"I dont think we would have a choice" I said coldly.

"And if you did?"
"No" Tom and I said in unison.
"Are you sure? Why wouldn't you join him?"
"Uh, I guess i dont find any reason why we should want to take over the Wizarding World, and make everyone live in fear."
"Never liked our dad anyway, and we aren't that sort of evil" Tom said, not really wanting to talk about this any longer.
I didnt understand how this was important.

"Well good to know" she said, she seemed unsure, and didn't seem to know what to say.

"Well we need to get back to the others" she said and made her way out of the room. We followed right behind her.
"Professor, why are you asking about what we would do, he's dead? I asked.
But she just ignored me.
