Opposite Hearts || Yn x Mattheo Riddle

Chapter 30

Mattheo's pov:
We landed in Hogsmeade as it was the closest place we could apparate to Hogwarts.

As soon as we landed I crouched down, laying Yn on her back on the ground. There were tears in my eyes as I looked down at her unconscious body. I never cried, but I couldn't help myself. She cant die. She did nothing to deserve the pain she was put through in the cave. She was a beautiful, pure girl, who I couldn't help but love.

Everyone crouched down around her.
Suddenly I saw a hand grab her shoulder. I looked up to see Dumbledore. I quickly grabbed onto his arm and everyone else did aswell.

Before I knew it I was spinning around, and then I was standing in the hospital wing. Yn was in my arms and I rushed to lie her down on a bed. Madam Pomfrey came rushing in and gasped as she saw Yn.
"Everyone out!"

Everyone except Pansy and I left, and she didn't tell us to go away.
Pomfrey lifted Yn's shirt up, revealing the large, deep wound in her stomach.

"Quickly or she'll bleed to death!" Pansy said as Pomfrey grabbed a cloth cleaning the wound. She then poured some Essence of Dittany on the wound which immediately made the skin re-grow over the wound. Only a thin scar was left.
I sighed in relief.

Pomfrey examimed Yn. She ran her fingers over the cuts and then took a potion out of her bag and rubbed it onto Yn's cuts. They healed, some disapeared completely, the worse ones were still a little visable.

Once she had healed Yn as much as possible she pulled the curtain around the bed, so Yn would have privacy as Pomfrey dressed her into clean clothes.

A few minutes later the curtain opened and I came in to see Yn lying in her bed peacefully. I went and took a seat next to her, staring at her, wondering when she would wake up.

"She wont wake up soon" Pomfrey said "We should probably get cleaned up" I looked down and noticed I was soaked in Yn's blood. I got up and shot Yn a last glance before leaving to take a shower.

As soon as I was done taking a shower I came straight back to see Yn. I stayed there the whole night, resting my head on her bed, holding her limp hand.
