Chapter 18

*The next day*

Yn pov:
We just landed at Hogwarts. I rush out of my room grabbing my bag and a jumper, pulling it over my outfit.

My mouth falls open.
"Wow" I gasp, in a whisper.
Infront of me is a gigantic castle with tall turrets...

"C'mon, I have soooo much to show youuu" Pansy squeals, dragging me off. Everyone follows us, gazing around, and gasping at the sight time to time.

We make it to big wooden doors, they suddenly, magically swing open, making me jump a little.

Standing in the doorway is a old man, with a long beard, and hair, that is silver, he is wearing purple robes, amd half moon spectacles.

He smiles down at us with a very warm smile.
"Welcome" he says "To Hogwarts"

We walk up a few corridors, until we finally reach another pair of wooden doors.
"Wait here until the doors open, then walk in to the front" he says smiling.
We all nod and I get nervous, at the thought of walking in there with the while school watching. At least I'm with my friends, no one will probably even look at me, I think as I take a deep breath in, to calm myself.

After a minute or two we hear Dumbledore's voice.
"Silence" he shouts, amd the whole hall goes quiet.
"Please welcome some new students, and some old" he says and I know it's time.

I breath in again to calm myself as the doors open, revealing a big hall, full of students, all staring at us.

I feel everyone staring at me, as I walk up with the rest, to the front. I look around and see that everyone is divided into four groups, each group has it's own long table full of students. I look up and see that it seems there isn't a ceiling, as I can see the sky, but I then remember what I read in 'Hogwarts a History' about it being bewitched to look like the sky.

An old woman with a black withes hat and green robes stood at the front. Besides her was a wooden stool with a old, and patched hat on it. Behind her, there is a fifth, long table, with all of the teachers sitting at it, gazing at us.

We reach the front, Pansy, Mattheo, Tom, Blaize, Draco, Theodore and Enzo, go to the last table on the left hand side and take a seat as all their friends rush up to them, and hug them.

"When I call your name, you will put on the hat and sit on the stool to be sorted," she said.
"Agatha"

Agatha's pov:

I took in a deep breath then walked up to the stool, and sat down as the woman placed the hat on my head, that slipped down, covering my eyes. Which I am greatful for, as I dont have to see everyome staring at me. For the first time ever, people were staring at me, and not because I did something weird.

The hat started speaking in my ear.
"Hmmm, not Slytherin, and not Ravenclaw, better be-"
"GRYFFINDOR!" Its shouted the last bit so everyone could hear. I stood up, my legs shaking slightly as I made my way to the Gryffindor table.

Sophie got sorted into Slytherin. Then it was Yn turn.

Yn pov:
"Yn yln" the woman said.
I felt my heart skip a beat and my legs turn to jelly.
The woman smiled down at me, knowing I was yn since i was the only girl left.
"Go yn" Tedros said.
I took a deep breath in and breathed out calming my nerves, as Tedros gently pushed me forward.
"Good luck" he whispered.

I walked up, and sat on the stool shaking from head to toe. Everyone stared at me, making me so nervous I wanted to melt into the ground. Then everything went dark as the hat was placed on my head.

"Hmmmm, intresting, very intresting." A voice said makimg me jump.
"Brave, cunning, bold, amitious, intelligent, loyal, hard working and patient. A good fit for all houses. You are special, and powerful. Yes, very powerful indeed. You can do great things, yn. Whether good or bad, that is a choice you will make."

"Better be-"
