Stardust sighed, gently shaking his head. "Oh, you don't need to know" He spoke softly, almost slyly. Y/N huffed a sigh from their parted lips, scanning their room. He reached over to the bedside table where there was a glass of water and observed it for a moment, snapping back to reality and passing it to them. "Now, how about we get you out of here? I'm sure it's not the most pleasant thing."

An Hour Later...

"So, how has your day been anyway despite the uncomforting start?" Stardust small-talked, strolling leisurely alongside Y/N, who was exhausted. They gave an awkward shrug in response, aimlessly walking on the pavement. Whenever a cart drove past, he gripped their wrist and pulled them close to him, glaring at the driver. It made them embarrassed, yet they didn't fight back due to their weariness.

After a while of random ambling, Stardust pulled them into a café. They sat down in an empty booth, opposite each other. As they were trying to settle down, they both noticed unusual stares: not at Y/N, but rather Stardust. People leaned forward and whispered into their friend's ears, narrowing their eyes at the cosmo. He sighed, frowning slightly as his brows furrowed. His arm moved up to support his chin on his cold palm.

"Stardust? Uh...why are people gazing at us?" Y/N nervously asked him, Stardust quickly turning out of his trance. He felt his body heat up at their words, palms growing sweaty. He awkwardly glanced around, laughing slightly. His sapphire eyes averted to their chest.

"N-no reason!" He attempted to laugh light-heartedly to shake it off, knowing full well why he was being stared at. After all, word gets around quickly in the galaxy. Y/N sighed softly, viewing the distance from the tinted windows. It was all plain pretty much. This new town was different to home. They didn't even know where they were to begin with; and now this stranger they'd only met yesterday has been acting suspicious around them. It was almost like he'd been hiding a secret from them.

Nevertheless, even though they weren't the naïve type, they just shrugged and leant back against the booth seat. People stopped whispering after a while and went back to doing their normal routine. Stardust however didn't return to his earlier state; his cheeks were slightly flushed, him trying to cover it with his sweaty palm as he still gazed at their body. It made Y/N flustered a bit, but they didn't know whether to call him a pervert or just someone who was extremely shy.

A while later, Stardust mustered the courage to speak up. But it was rather a faint whisper. "You know, you're really pretty..."
