A couple hours after getting talked to by Jake, Nin went looking for lo'ak so they can do something stupid together she wants to see if she can give her dad two hard attacks. then she sees Aonung and his friends smirking and laughing.
"Do you know were my brother is"she question
"Yeah we do"said one of them
"Where is he"she ask trying to sound interested in this conversation
"We took him beyond the reef"
"You what"she said looking up them with her piercing gaze
"He'll be fine"said Aonung
"I will kill you"she screamed grabbing for Aonung throat before Neyetam came and grab her
"Nin calm down"
"He took our stupid brother out of the reef so let me go so I can kill him"
The boys step back still scared of nin after the morning events
" You did what" said Neyetam letting his sister go before grabbing her again
"We need to tell father"said Neyetam
As the three walk over to the sully hut Aonung looks to Nin worried face and it starts to set in how much he screwed up she would never forgive him for this hours later it had grow dark the search was still on for lo'ak Neytiri has tried to get nin to go to bed but refuse Aonung tried to talk to her
"Sylwanin I'm so sorry i didn't think it would go this far"
"Aonung shut up if my my brother doesn't come back you will not see the morning"she said before back handing him across the face
Then they heard the sully boy is back the two fun over nin jumped on her brother
"Are you ok not hurt right"said nin looking her over
"I'm fine nin"lo'ak mutter pushing her off him
"Your an idiot how can you be this stupid i didn't beat those boys up for you to go and do this"she finish her little speech with giving him a smack on the top of the head then
there parents came running out nin was push back while her parents talk to and look over her brother she gleaned as Aonung came over with his father his eyes flicker to her the glare still on her face intent on him
"No it's my fault"said lo'ak nin looked at him he was avoiding her gaze
"I wanted to go out of the reef Aonung tried to talk me out of it"lo'ak continued
"Let's go"said Jake pulling lo'ak away nin went back to her family's hut layed in bed not looking at anyone she was fuming why would he do that after she had tried so hard to protect them from bullies
"Nin"whisper lo'ak as he walked in
"What"she snapped back
"Nin you can't be mad at me"
"Oh i can't watch me"she said as she sat up and face him he had cuts on him usually she would help him putting herbs on the cuts and tell him it wasn't his fault but she was beyond pissed
"Come one nin I was just trying to be there friend"
"Be there friend from inside the reef i can't lose my family"
"You won't lose me nin"
"My first family abandon me i don't want to lose my second now go to bed or leave me the fuck alone"said nin tears burning in her eyes lo'ak looked down and walked to his bed laying down nin did the same bring her neens to her chest
Lo'ak layed in bed letting his sister words sink in she cared about them so much she would often joke that she would never get a mate that all the love she needed was in her family maybe she wasn't joking the fear in her eyes when she first hug him when he returned haunted him
"I still love you"nin mumbled out
"Thanks sis"
"Do anything stupid again and will feed you to my ikran and be happy about it
Lo'ak laugh a bit then they both fell asleep
"Did you hear that"said neytiri as she sat with jake
"They fight like siblings"said jake
"They really do"said neytiri as she put her head on jakes shoulder
"Do you think nin still feels out of place in our family"
"I do there are moments"
"We should have never let Row'lan and l'ipo back into her life remember what she said when they first came back"
"I though they did want me"said neytiri remembering that day those words forever buried in to her brain in her little 3 daughter uttering those words
"That was the first time i cried in front of her"jake whisper
" we failed her my jake"
"We did the best we could in a terrible situation"
Neytiri didn't answer for a couple minutes of silence. They both went to bed.
