Tyler was acting strange. He laughed loudly and suddenly if you said anything even remotely funny. He moved and walked stiffly beside you. You'd gotten so worried about it that you asked Bonnie to check if someone had put some kind of spell on him.

"There's nothing wrong with him. Not as far as spells are concerned anyway." Bonnie assured you when you'd asked if she'd checked it out. You sighed and frowned at her.

"What's wrong with him then?" The two of you looked across the town square to see Tyler walking with Matt on his way to work. Tyler was staring at you and would have walked into a lamppost if Matt hadn't grabbed him and pulled him aside.

"Did you ask him?" She asked.

"Well no. I figure he was under some kind of spell. I guess I should go and ask him." You said quietly.

"Ok. Well, I'm heading to the library so I'll meet you after?" She asked. You waved to her as you hurried the back way around the mystic grill and found Tyler on the phone.

"Hey!" You said making him jump. He hung up the phone and shoved it in his pocket.

"Hey." He answered. He looked mildly panicked and you frowned.

"Are you ok? You've been acting kind of weird." You asked. He stared at you and spluttered before nodding. "That isn't very convincing."

"I urm. I." He sputtered.

"Will you just tell me what it is so I can stop worrying!" You demanded. He sighed and grabbed you just as you finished speaking, his hands holding your face as he crushed his lips to yours, pushing you back against the wall.

"I can't stop thinking about you." He admitted as he pulled away. "After the other night... I just. I can't."

"It was a one-night thing. Tyler. We agreed." You said quickly and he sighed.

"Yeah. I know. But that doesn't help. We're good together and the sex is good. So why does it have to be a one-time thing?!" He asked and moved his hands to pin you against the wall. "I won't ever get enough of you."

"Because it just won't work." You said as you caressed his face.
