Tyler Lockwood x Fem!Reader

Requested by Anon

Valentine event

Request: Anonymous asked: Hello Bon, can I request Tyler Lockwood and a female reader along with Give me attention for #valentine2023

Tyler was drumming his fingers on the arm of the chair he was sitting in. Your living room was warm and the afternoon sun shone lights over the wooden coffee table in the middle of the room which made it a pleasant warm brown.

He was glaring across the room where you sat with your friend. He was visiting from out of town for a while and had already made the rounds to other houses. It was all Matt could talk about. Then, Elena, Caroline and Bonnie were all delighted that he was in town. Tyler had kept his comments to himself but watching him touch your arm and lean in a little too close made his temper bubble up to boiling. He suddenly stood and stormed out of the house. You excused yourself and ran after him, managing to catch up on the porch.

"Tyler? Tyler! What's wrong?" You asked. Tyler let you grab his sleeve and turned to glare at you which made you frown in confusion as you backed up a little.

"Give me attention." Tyler said forcefully.

"Excuse me?" You said and waited for him to gather his thoughts as he rubbed his face in frustration.

"That guy is all over you! You don't have a problem with that? Because I do!" Tyler's voice was growing louder and you saw the curtain next to the front door move as you glanced away from Tyler and back at the house.

"So what? He's a friend. Maybe I like them." You muttered.

"Yeah! Well... NO!" He shouted and stormed off. He went and sat in his car, slumping down in the front seat as he groaned and realised how stupid he'd acted. It wasn't as if you were dating him. He couldn't really complain about you getting close to your friend. Glancing at the passenger seat he glared at the valentine's gift he'd brought for you. When you'd texted him to say your friend would be around the same day as he was, he'd left them in the car. Not wanting to feel embarrassed. Good job that did.
