The show must go on

Everything was crashing down on us,

all of this good luck,

I should have known,

I should have known that happiness almost never comes without a price.

Sean walked out of the building,

he had his phone up against his ear,

I just dismissed it as nothing but him getting a call.

He came back into the building,

looking distressed,

He then told everyone the news,

he had to leave.

Sean explained that it was because his mother was in the hospital,

she had gone into labor and requested he order a taxi and be there as soon as he could.

He then left, leaving everyone in a panicked state,

Hailey went through and picked out some songs,

the ones that would at least sound fairly good enough without their DJ.

The club was about to go on when Hailey got scared,

she started crying,

despite Zander trying to comfort her she wouldn't budge,

that was another member down,

but at least the others were there.

The show had finally ended, and surprisingly nothing too bad happened in their performance, in fact, the whole show went just splendidly,

the whole crowd applauded with excitement and glee,

I let out a sigh,

I wasn't even performing and I was anxious,

but at least Hailey and Sean would be pleased to know of their friends success.
