oh, take me back to the night we met
i had all of you, most of you,
some, and now none of you.
take me back to the night we met.

stressful is definitely the best way to describe the past week.

with kairi having to give all of his friend's relationship advice and extra encouragement to ask some girls out to the dance, and needing to help them all pick out the perfect suit, it was just way too much.

but he had to admit, he loved it. being able to help his friends out even in the littlest ways made him feel so loved and happy.

"these pants look too small on my ass, what if i bend down and they tear?" robert complained, turning around and looking over his shoulder in the mirror beside kairi's bed to see how he looked.

"you got a big ol' butt robert, but i think you'll be fine." alejandro said eyeing himself in the mirror now to try to decide on what shoes he'd wear with his suit.

"can't help what god gave me." robert sassily replied, moving away from the mirror to let alvaro check himself out after.

all of the boys were now in kairi's room, their clothes tossed all over the room while they tried on their outfits for tonight.

mattia sat beside kairi's bed, just laughing at the way kairi and his friends interacted with one another. he smiled at how amazing their connection was with all of them.

"what about you mattia? we still haven't seen your suit." roshaun said, buttoning up his shirt and looking towards mattia, who just looked towards kairi.

"uh, i don't really have a suit so i don't think i'm gonna be going."

kairi rolled his eyes hearing that, "it's not that he doesn't have a suit, he just doesn't wanna go."

"how come?"

"eh, don't really like big parties or school stuff."

the rest of the boys continued to badger mattia, telling him that they could all hang out while at the dance and that mattia being by himself or feeling alone wouldn't be a problem.

"you should go, matti...all of the boys would love to hang out with you."

mattia just shrugged, he still didn't have a suit, and as much as he loved the idea of getting to know kairi's friends and maybe become friends with them as well, he'd much rather go to the dance with kairi instead—but that probably wasn't gonna happen.

"but i still don't have a suit." mattia replied, looking down at his outfit which was just a baggy t-shirt, some old basketball shorts, and crocs. he definitely couldn't wear this or anything in his closest to a school dance.

mattia just nodded, making kairi smile imagining how handsome mattia would look.

"alvaro they aren't gonna fit!"

"this is the biggest shoe size they have here! it's gonna have to fit...if your feet weren't so wide then maybe these would slip on easy."

kairi snorted behind his computer screen, watching as mattia angled his camera towards alvaro who was kneeling on the floor and clearly struggling to get one of mattia's fancy shoes on.

kairi didn't really feel like going to the mall and doing all that walking to find mattia an outfit, but facetiming him the entire time sufficed.

"mattia what size even are you?" kairi asked, still giggling a bit at how stressed all of the boys seemed trying to figure out mattia's whole outfit situation.
