Chapter 14

A/N: Well look what I did, I updated again. Idk if anyone is reading this or not but if you are, thank you so much for sticking around and waiting for me update. I'm hoping I can update once or twice a week, yet it depends on how much I am working. Anyways any question please ask. Now on with the story. 

Chapter 14

Ryan's POV

It grew quiet. I got up and walked over to my bags and found my death note long sleeved shirt, and my black sweatpants. I walked out of the room without a word to him. When I got into the hallway, I saw the room down the hall was open. I walked down and saw Emily.

"Emi, I have some night clothes in my bags. I don't know which ones you like to use and also take some of my clothes since you have none and tomorrow, we'll head to a store and get you some clothes okay," I told her.

Emily nodded her head and said, "Rye why did he go after Nick, Alex and Ava alone for?"

I sighed and said, "Emily there are a lot of reasons why he would. I just wish he would talk to me. Anyways try and get some rest. Tomorrow I'll see about you going back home so you can finish school."

"Night sis," Emily said.

I left her room and walked into the bathroom and locked the door. I turned the water on in the bathtub. I took my phone and started to play Linkin Park. I sighed as I took off my sweatshirt and slowly cleaned where I had cut earlier today. I pulled out my blade and ran it above my tattoo. I watched as the blood ran down my arm. I stripped down to nothing and jumped into the shower.

Once I was clean, I filled the tube up and just sat in the warm water. My mind was drifting from here and there to nowhere. I sighed and closed my eye. I felt my tears run down my face. I was scared because my best friend might be dead, and I didn't have the heart to tell his sister. I needed to calm down.

"Close your eyes, your safe here in my arms. Let the pain fade away," I slowly said to myself. When I was calm enough, I got out and hit the stop button on my phone and went to artists and looked up three days grace. I felt better and I started to clean my cuts and rewrapped them and got dresses.

After I was done in the bathroom I walked into my room and noticed that Chris was still in my room on my bed sound asleep. I was a little shocked that he was in here again. I sighed and grabbed my phone and charger and headphones and walked back down to the living room.

"Rye are you okay?" Asked one of the guys.

I glanced at them and said ted nothing. I just sat down and stared to watch Netflix and I decided to watch death note. I love this show and it has been one of the ones that I always write about when I feel down. Sighing I got up and got something to drink.

"Ryan are you sure you're okay sis?" Asked Ghost.

I glared at him and said, "I'm going to bed."

I walked back to my room and closed the door and slid down it. I picked up my phone and called Blaze again. Yet again there was nothing. I sighed and said, "I'm sorry Blaze. I'm too weak to handle everything. I'm slipping again. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Blaze, I don't know what happens next. And I really don't care. I forgave you long ago. I just wish I knew you were okay. I need my best friend back, the one who knows how to kick my ass. The one who saved me more than once. The one I have always counted on. I'm sorry for being too young for you. I feel like I'm starting to like someone else. But I don't want to lose you. I need you still. Please don't be dead."

I hung up and Spirit came over to me and licked my face. I sighed and said, "What will tomorrow bring? I wonder how much long I have to wait before he has me next. He already has Angel. I lost my child because of what I did and what he did to me. Spirit do me a favor, I know you understand me, but when the time is right mommy is going away for a while. Can you stay close to Emily. She'll be broken if something has happened to her brother and then with me being gone. Watch her like you do me okay. So go sleep with her."

I kissed him one last time and opened the door. I sat down and waited for everyone to be asleep. I got up and pulled out my backpack and packed it with what I would need. I made a hidden pocket and placed a phone in there with Lacy's cousin's number on it, that only her cousin can trace.

When I was done, I sat down at the window bench and just watch as the night slowly faded away and it became day. I glanced at my phone and noticed that it was 3am. I sighed and just looked up at the sky.

"Rye Why are you still up?" Called a rough sleepy voice.

"I couldn't sleep is all," I replied.

I heard movement and the next thing I knew I was being picked up and place in bed on the side that he was in. I relaxed and watched as he covered me up and walked over to the side that I always sleep in. He climbed into bed and pulled me close to him for some warmth and I flinched when he touched a little above my wrist. Thank goodness that it was dark in my room otherwise he might have noticed.

I turned on my side and faced the wall and Chris had his arms around me and he said, "Are you alright? I know you're worried about Blaze and I'm sorry if I sound a little jealous right now, but I'm starting to like you more than I should. I know that you're not 21 yet and I know your history, but I was wondering why it seems like you are pushing me away after telling me everything that happened."

I turned around to face him and said, "I don't want to. But it's all I know how to. I'm messed up Chris. I'm not someone that you would want to be with. Just let me go."

Then he did something that shocked me again and kissed me. This time I kissed back. I wasn't thinking straight, I was too tired to fight with myself. I let my body take control. I kissed him back. The kiss was never ending. All too soon I was on my back with my sweatshirt being half unzipped.

"Rye, can I use your cd player and listen to CDs while I fall asleep?" Emily Asked as she walked in and froze when she saw us.
