Chapter 7

Ry's POV

Three days passed and everything calmed down. Devin let me be and his band was still over a lot and I was getting used to them, but I would shy away when they would have a cook out. I would sit away from them and just watch from the sidelines. It seemed strange to see my brother this way around his band. So carefree with nothing to worry about. No ex's to be scared of, not be scared of letting your past being found out around you sibling.   Yet it was nice. I was happy for him. It was how it quiet peaceful, just how it should be.

His lead singer Chris seemed to be always watching me. It was strange that he would watch me and see what I was doing from time to time. I just shook that feeling away. Walking inside the house while the cook out was going on in the back yard, my phone went off. I answered knowing it was a video chat.

"Hello?" I said, not knowing who it was.

"Well, well, itsn't it little miss Ry. I was wondering when I would hear from you. I send Alice a message. But it seemed my failed to reach you. Alex and Ava said you're not home. I wonder where you could be? I guess you are at you're brother's house. Oh that's where you are. Don't worry little Rye you will be mine again. I'm coming for you," Said Nick.

Then the Chat ended.

I called Blaze and he picked up.

"Red what's up? Red why do you have that look?" Asked Blaze.

"He called. He knows where I am. Blaze I'm dead," I told him.

That's when it all hit me all at once. I was living in bliss thinking that he would be locked away. Thinking that Ava and Alex wouldn't beable to get him out. Thinking I would be safe here with my brother but knowing that I wasn't safe. I wasn't safe anywhere. Wishing that I could go back and change my life but knowing that I can't.

"Ray Look at me. I'll talk to Lacy and see what we can do. I don't want you outside by yourself. I don't care about our fight because of the fact that we do care about each other and knowing that nothing will come of it. I want you safe. I blew up at you because of Ava. I should have taken care of that jerk years ago but I couldn't," Blaze told me.

I knew he spoke the truth. I knew what he was talking about. It was because that one time we made out and Nick beat the crap out of him and then later that night he beat me. I beyound scared.

"Blaze I'm scared. I'm so scared of what he, what they could do. I don't what happen last time to happen again," I said.

Blaze sighed and said, "Don't worry. Just drink so tea. I'll make the calls and call you back. Just don't go anywhere alone okay. I don't want you alone incase he's already found you okay."

"Okay," I said.

I hung with him and made some tea. I glanced outside and noticed that everyone was having fun. I glanced down and shook my head.

"Ryan what's wrong?" Asked Chris.

I glanced up at him and before I could say anything, he looked at me and said, "Don't you dare say you're fine. I can tell something is wrong. Just tell me."

I looked away and at my phone, I noticed that it was only three pm. I glanced at him and knew if I said nothing he would more than likely drag my brother in here and I don't want that. I sighed and said, "I'll tell you what's wrong but I can't tell you here because of the fact that I don't  want my brother to know about it."

 Chris looked into my eyes and said, "Why not?"

I looked away and stoppped making my tea and just pulled out a bottle of tea and said, "Its either I tell you the truth and keep my brother out of it, or I tell you that I'm fine and we can forget that this ever happen. The choce is yours, besides, I want to head to a book store anyways make up your mind while I'll let my brother know where I'm off to."

I walked out the back door and over to my brother who was talking to Josh. Ghost looked up at me as I walked over to him. I smiled up at him and hugged him and said, "Ghost, can I head over to the book store please?"

"But we have a cook out going on," said Ricky.

"So, I want a new book. I just finished my last one last night. I'm going to get bored. Please please. I wont be long. I know which ones I want to get. I promise I'll be quick," I said with a puppy dog face.

"But whose going to drive you?" Said Ghost.

"I will. I'll bring you back some coffee and some more things that we need for the cook out since new years Day will be here soon," said Chris.

I glanced up at him and noticed that he nodded and answered my question from before. I sighed and new that this was going to be a long day. I looked back at Ghost and said, "See I'll be fine. Please Ghost. I need a book or I'll just video chat one of my friends non stop all day and all night for four days or until I get at least six or so books."

Ghost sighed and said, "Fine. But don't be to long or I'll hunt you done myself. Chris don't let anything happen to her."

"I won't. I'm not like that," Said Chris.

I sighed and ran back inside and grabbed my list of books, and note book, two pens, my phone, and looked at Spirit and sighed.

"Baby, mommy will be right back. I have to go and talk about things and get some books. I promise I'll be right back. Be good okay," I told my cat.

I got up and walked out of me room. When I walked outside, I saw Chris standing by one of the car, and I couldn't tell you what the car is because I don't know cars because me and cars never get along. I got in and put on my seatbelt just as Chris put his on.

"So what's going on?" he asked me as he backed out of the driveaway and pulled onto the road.

A/N: Well there is chapter 7. Chapter 8 will be out on the 1 of September.
