Chapter 28

Ry's POV

Once I got ready, I walked off the bus and noticed that Rylie had a cab waiting for me. I waited for Chris to finish getting ready so that we could leave. The bus doors opened and Blaze walked off and said, "Are you going to be okay?"

I sighed and said, "I'll be fine but it wont be right away. Listen, I know you want to know what's wrong with me, but I need to talk to Chris about this."

Blaze sighed and said, "I remember you always hide away in your room on this day. I know it has something to do with before you got with your ex. Ry if you need to talk after you talk with Chris know that I'll always be here for you. Also please get your butt back in time."

I hugged him and said, "Thank you secret keeper. I love you to you know. I'm with Chris right now, that is if he doesn't leave me after this."

Blaze hugged me and said, "He wouldn't dare leave you without a good reason."

"What if my reason is good enough for him to walk away," I said without looking at him.

"Well if he does, then that's on him," Said Blaze as he let me go.

The bus doors opened and Chris came walking out. He looked at me and Blaze and I knew what he was thinking. I sighed and hugged Blaze one last time and said, "Thank you for the talk Blaze. I promise to be back on time. Also I have a friend who will be joining us tonight."

With that said, I grab Chris's hand and pulled him into the cab that was waiting for us. Of course, it was the same taxi driver that always picks me up. Larain's and Rylie's cousin Jason.

"Hey Jay, how much do I owe you this time?" I asked him.

Jason loves his rock and metal music. He has blonde hair that is down to his neck. His bright blue eyes shined when he saw me enter the cab.

"Nothing. Rylie would kill me." Jason said.

I laughed and knew that was true. Jason and Rylie were the same age. Rylie was always running around with boys and beating them up. I sighed and looked out the window and said, "Where to first?"

"Well, Rylie wants to take you to see them. I got everything that Rylie wanted me to get, besides my father sold the taxi company to me. So I say you get a free ride today. So who is this motionless look a like," Jason said.

I laughed because Jason and his wife Katie went to see MIW. They went every year. I sighed and looked at Chris and he glared at Jason. I whispered, "Behave."
