(Remaster) The Abyss Calls Out

Humanity had no clue as to the inner workings of the Abyss, and thus, they had no clue as to how deep into the shithole they already were. Abyssals have spread across the globe, lurking under the waves and dragging people and boats under, never to be seen again and all seemingly at random

Even worse, they don't even know that an Abyssal was right under their noses, and said Abyssal was on her way to the Kansen central of the World. With her assistance, the Abyss would become even more of a threat then ever before.

However, the Queen's hand has yet to make it's play, and when it shows the cards, the World will grind to a halt. For now she had stepped onto Japanese soil, her one red eye scanning the area for Humans before dashing into the brush.

The strongest Re, Haku, has arrived on Japan's sand.

In a small coastal town, there was hardly any noise made since it was still early morning. Most were barely waking up at this hour, and the only ones really up and running were the children.

In fact, two examples were a pair of young children, both not even Ten years old, playing on the Beachside near the woods while their parents watched them with coffee in hand. One child was a girl, the other a boy, and they were playing tag with one another, happily laughing the entire time.

"Come on sis! You know you gotta be faster!" The boy was running ahead of his sister, who was trying her best to catch him. "Come on! You're too fast for me!"

His laughter at being ahead was cut short when he tripped on a stick, face planting the sand and allowing his sister to catch up. "You okay?!"

"Oww...I'm good..." He stood and wiped off the sand, looking over to his sister and seeing she didn't trip and was completely fine.

Then again, she was looking past him now, and being young like her, he tracked wherever she was looking and saw...something shiny in the bushes of the nearby forest. "Hey sis...what do you think that is?"

"It looks like a deer foot!" The girl got lower, crawling towards the hoof to see the deer better. "Come on mister deer, I won't hurt you!"

The foot didn't move, and she also began to see some of it's leg, which was a startlingly bone white. "Oooh~! Mommy! Daddy! There's a white deer!"

"Is there? Don't scare it away then!" The mother was actually curious to see it, and she went up with her kids to see the White deer they were talking about.

The father followed close behind, mostly to make sure the group was going to be okay since deer can sometimes attack if they feel threatened. Sure, he didn't have a weapon, but there's plenty of rocks around that can serve their purposes, which he made sure to grab one as he walked.

The daughter crawled a little closer, almost staring right at the foot of the deer, which she was surprised hadn't moved yet. "Mister deer, can I pet you?"

That's when another hoof fell into place, standing next to the other one, meaning the deer must have been looking at her. The happy smile on her face couldn't have been bigger, and she looked up to see if the deer really was looking down at her.

...

"Sis? Is it looking at you?"

...

"Hey...something wrong?" Her brother tried tapping her back to get her attention, all the while the parents just made it over to see the deer.

Then they watched as it happened, the little girl almost immediately tried standing up, but something white grabbed her head, and yanked her into the bushes with a scream. The mother screamed too, thinking something just attacked her daughter while the father immediately sprang into action.
