Chapter 41

Win felt flabbergasted until he saw his lover getting visibly relaxed. But soon Bright eyes widened, watching his boyfriend on the floor more specifically, on his knees and his little baby girl on his lap. Bright further narrowed his eyes watching Ame, wearing a birthday hat on top of her head and a birthday cup cake was placed in front of the two, as the realization hit Bright the hard way. So his boyfriend is not here to see him afterall. Win was here to celebrate Ame's birthday after midnight. A look of utter betrayal flashes across Bright's face, causing Win to curse himself inwardly thinking damn he did made a big mistake. Bright tried to take deep breathing chanting inside his head 'Okay... Control Bright... Control... it's just a little baby girl's birthday celebration..... Ame is just a little kitten not some fuckin sexy who.re who will steal your boyfriend and make babies with him'.

Bright had planned Ame's birthday celebration with Gulf, he had ask his friend to visit at his place in the evening so that they can both celebrate Ame's birthday like they were doing every year, but he didn't knew Win would be interested to do so, Ofcourse he'd... Why wouldn't he . Bright gives his poor boyfriend a judgemental look that pretty much scared Win to death, but he tried to keep calm and shoot back his sweet smile while Bright wanted to go back to his room and scream his lungs out, but he decided to stay silent for his baby girl sake.  But Bright did ignore his boyfriend and started concentrating what is in front of him, he can't be rude or get angry on his little baby girl's birthday celebration, it was Ame's fifth birth day and currently it was 2 :15 am in the morning as much as Bright wanted to accept the situation because of Ame it was only sickening to him, knowing his boyfriend had time to come and celebrate Ame's birthday but he didn't had time to made a single call to him in last three days. Bright grumble under his breath "Life is truly unfair", causing Win to feel more guilty for some reason..

On the other hand Win was so busy juggling with studies and work, he felt relief to see Bright, which he needed desperately, before this, Win never felt so stressful about his grades and marks but now it was matter of Bright and his soon to be born, son's future. Good grades only meant good job in future, he'd be able to provide better standard of living to his family, it will help him to find good job with  good package in future which is a must, then he can prove himself to Bright, then maybe one day he becomes the person who can propose Bright for marriage and put his ring on his lover's ring finger. But since he knew about Ame's birthday, he couldn't stop himself, he becomes very fond of little kitten and after coming back from work, he did a bit of revision for his next exam and before sleeping he decided to come and see Bright, while wish the little kitten happy birthday, luckily on the way he found 24/7 store and bought couple of things for the little birthday girl as he didn't like to visit empty handed. Win cannot lie, he was very excited to see Bright tonight after so many days, he was expecting to stay at Bright's for few hours and leave early morning plus he doesn't wanted Bright to wake up from his goodnight sleep, but now he doesn't know how much damage has been made by his presence alone. Truthfully his plan was to came and celebrate Ame's birthday quietly then spend few hours with Bright, watch him sleeping then leave the place quietly but guess that is not happening now. Win nervously chukle "After Ame, I was about to come to see you". Bright gave a glare to his boyfriend as if saying don't even try Mr. Win instantly pursed his  lips together into a thin line then Bright gaze soften and sweet smile appears for his little kitten, who was looking very happy, as if she won some lottery at the moment while sitting on Win lap, she was lovingly snuggling under Win neck as if he's the one gives her food and clean her litter. Bright took a place down on the floor in front of  Ame and his boyfriend, he pulled Ame's head gently to pressed his lips on her head wishing "Happy birthday, my sweet little baby girl. May God bless you with all the happiness and wonderful life.... now let's celebrate your birthday".
