Kabanata 21

Cavin, Cassem, Cassi, and Sandra, decided to have a dinner together with DarkPoison to celebrate their victory.

"Do you have anything in mind?" Cavin asked them.

"Should we go to a restaurant?" Apollo added, "Or just eat street food?"

Eiji nodded. "Street food sounds good."

Cassi agree. "I think so too. Should we go now?" Everyone nodded to her.

Pero bago pa sila makakilos, nabulabog ang lahat dahil sa malakas na pagsabog sa labas. Naalerto ang lahat. Nag-tataka at nangangamba.

Agad na lumabas ang apat, kasama ang grupo ng DarkPoison, upang tignan kung ano ang nangyayari at kung ano ang dahilan ng pagsabog.

Nadatnan nilang nagkakagulo ang mga tao, at sila'y tumatakbo sa isang direksyon— sa labas.

Agad na sumunod ang mga ito.

Hingal na hingal ang mga ito ng sila'y makarating sa labas. Agad silang pumunta sa banda kung saan nagkukumpulan ang mga tao.

"MAKE A WAY!" Nagulat ang lahat ng biglang sumigaw si Cassi. Pati na rin ang mga kasama niya ay nagulat. Lahat sila'y gulat na tumingin kay Cassi na seryoso ang tingin sa kanila.

Agad na nagsi-kilos ang mga tao upang bigyan sila ng daan dahil sa takot.

"You scared the sht out of me..." napahawak si Cavin sa kaniyang dibdib dahil sa lakas ng tibok nito.

Cassi smiled meekly. "Sorry. Have no choice."

Agad silang kumilos. Maliwanag ang kapaligiran kahit gabi na dahil sa malaking apoy na dinulot mg pagsabog at kumalat din ang init mula sa apoy kaya't hindi mapigilan ng mga tao ang pumaypay.

Agad na kumunot ang kanilang noo nang makita nila ang bagay na nasusunog.

Nagtatakang inihilig ni Apollo ang kaniyang ulo habang nakatingin sa harap. "Is... that our car?"

"What the fck is happening?" Nagtiim ang baga ni Aziz dahil sa kaniyang nakikita.

Ang kanilang mga sasakyan—kasama na rin ang sasakyan ng mga magkakapatid, ay wasak-wasak at nasusunog.

"At sino naman ang naglakas loob na gawin 'to sa atin?" Sandra look at Cassem. "Sino pa ba? Wala namang iba kundi ang mga may galit sa atin."

Bumuntonghininga si Cavin. "I don't think so." They all looked at him. Cavin sighed again and point his finger at the plate number of his car.

'You're welcome guys!'

"I think someone purposely blew our car to prevent us from using it. Not because they want us dead, but because they know that someone put some bomb in our car."

"We need to investigate about this matter. If Cavin have a point, then we must know who put that bomb in our car." Cassem said, making others agree to her.

"WHAT THE FCK DID YOU JUST DO?!" hindi mapigilang sigaw ng isang babae sa kasama niyang lalake. Matalim ang titig nito sa kaniya.

The man sighed. "Look. I have no choice but to blow that bomb. I can't get that bomb out of their car, it's fix."

"Can't you just diffuse it?"

The man shrugged. "Have no enough time to do it. And beside, their car is lowered, it's hard to go beneath."

"Gosh! Their car is worth a million dollars. I don't want to pay!"

Tinignan ng lalake ang babae ng hindi makapaniwalang tingin. "You're mad not because i bomb their car, but because you don't want to pay a million dollars worth of cars?"

The woman just shrugged and rolled her eyes to him.

'Just what the fck.'

Pagkatapos maapula ang apoy, agad na bumalik ang mga grupo sa loob ng arena. Tumungo sila sa taas kung na saan ang opisina.

Pagod na umupo ang mga grupo. Nakapikit ang kanilang mata at tahimik na nakaupo.

"After ten years of peace, nagsimula nanaman silang magparamdam at gumawa ng gulo." Hindi mapigilang komento ni Cassi habang nakatitig sa kisame.

"Knowing them. Hindi sila basta-basta gagawa ng gulo kung wala silang pakay. Sigurado akong sa susunod na mga araw, magsisimula na silang maglabas ng mga alas na hawak nila." Tiim-bagang saad ni Cavin.

"Don't you think that it is now the right time for us to play with their so-called game? We've been in silence for so many years, and i don't think na sa patuloy nating pananahimik  magtatapos ang lahat ng ito." Saad ni Sandra.

Aziz nodded. "I agree. If they want to play, why don't we join them? We should take this opportunity to bring out all the alas we have in our sleeves. Time to turn the table around."

Asani clicked his tongue. "So troublesome."

"WE'RE IN A BIG TROUBLE." Humahangos at pagod na ipinatong ng isang lalake ang kaniyang mga kamay sa kaniyang mga tuhod upang habulin ang kaniyang hininga.

Nagtatakang nakatingin ang grupo sa kaniya. Hinayaan na muna nilang habulin ang hininga nito.

Nang makapagpahinga ito, nag-aalala at takot itong tumingin sa kanila. Na tila ba may nangyaring hindi kaaya-aya.

"Tiffany's father is here. And he's looking for you Aziz and your team. As well as you Miss Cassi and Sir Cavin. He said he want to talk to you guys."

Sabay-sabay silang bumuntonghininga, pagkatapos ay tumayo.

"Well, i guess, it's time to face the devil." Cavin nonchalantly said.

"Sandra and Cassem. You guys stay here. It's not the right time for you to show. We'll be back."

"Mr. Clarkston. It's nice to see you again." Cavin greeted Mr. Clarkston with a fake smile on his lips.

Mr. Clarkston nodded to him, before murderously staring at Aziz.

Cassi secretly rolled her eyes to Mr. Clarkston before asking, "What brings you here Mr. Clarkston?"

Mr. Clarkston look at her for a second and then look back to Aziz.

"My daughter is in hospital right now. Her life is in danger just because of someone." He then look at Cavin and Cassi and said, "I want them," he point at Aziz's group. "To pay for what they did to my daughter and her team."

"What do you mean by 'pay', Mr. Clarkston?"

"I want them to be out from the top. I want them to leave here for good. That's the kind of 'pay' i want."

Cavin chuckled, making Mr. Clarkston glare at him. "What's funny, Mr. Cateller?"

Cavin stop and look directly to his eyes. "Mr. Clarkston, you know for a fact that what happened to your daughter and her team was because of the battle happened between BlackLotus and DarkPoison. And when you say battle, someone will win and someone will lose. And you can clearly see that your daughter's team lose. Seeing them in their state right now, you shouldn't be shocked."

"And Mr. Clarkston," Cassi suddenly spoke. "May i remind you that you are no longer part of this organization. You completely have no right to tell us of what to do and what we shouldn't. So please, know your place." Cassi smirk when she see that Mr. Clarkston is annoyed. "We can't just terminate someone whose a big help to us just for of you."

Mr. Clarkston gritted his teeth because of annoyance and anger. He then look at them one by one, and angrily said, "You will regret this!"

"We surely won't, Mr. Clarkston."

When Mr. Clarkston vanished, all of them sighed.

Dahil sa nangyari, alam na nila ang kalalabasan nito. Alam na nila ang mga galawan niya at sigurado silang hindi tatagal ay kikilos na ito para pagbayarin sila sa mga 'kasalanan' nila.

"My guess is right." saad ni Cavin. "Kailangan na nating maghanda. Sigurado akong sa mga oras na 'to. May mga plano na siya."
