We arrived in the Netherlands a couple of days ago. I haven't really talked to Chloe a lot, she was busy and so was I.
I was trying to do it all, keep Lando happy, figure out a good strategy for both Bulls and take care of Luna.
Fortunately Christian fixed a babysitter while I was working. I knew Lando wasn't a big fan of that because he went to get Luna a lot of times. He took her to his hospitality and brought her back when it was time for him to get in his car.

I waved at Luna as I was making my way to the pit wall. I felt the nerves but I was prepared. I knew what to do and my Bulls knew it too.
"Good luck Skye" Christian patted my back before putting on his headset. I just nodded as I grabbed my headset as well.
A few cars already went on track to do their fast lap, but I wanted to wait a little. I wanted to make sure the track was ready and they wouldn't be in too much traffic.
"Let's get Checo on track" I said. His engineer nodded and told them to get him out. A few seconds later I told the same thing to GP.
They both did their fast lap and it was pretty easy to go through to Q2.

Q3 and Q2 were pretty easy. They were both on top of the board each time.
It was Max's home race but I knew he didn't need a slip stream. He wanted a clean track with no traffic, so I let him go out on his own.
Checo had to do it on his own as well, Max didn't want to give him a slip stream either, so he went out on his own as well.
I did my job, I just had to wait and see where they would end up. I didn't want to look nervous because I knew the camera would catch up on that.
I think my heart stopped for a second when Max crossed the finish line. "And that's pole position in your home race mate" GP said through the radio while patting my back.
Checo ended on P3 with Charles in between them.
Lando only ended in P6, I knew he wouldn't be happy with that but I was happy I got my bulls in front of the pack.
"Yes mate! Great job to everyone" Max responded. Christian gave me a nod, I felt so excited. I couldn't explain how I was feeling but I haven't felt like this for a long time.

"You are the best" Max said as soon as he walked in the debriefing. He sat down next to me and nudged me. "But please don't get pregnant too soon" he whispered a little. I just chuckled and shook my head. I definitely wasn't planning on getting pregnant for atleast a couple of years.

The debrief went pretty fast because everything went pretty well. Almost everyone left the room, it was only Max and I.
He turned to me. I knew what he wanted to ask. "Yeah Max I know, I should tell him" I responded even before he could ask me a question.
He put his hands in the air. "It's just a pretty important thing you know" he said. I knew it was a very important thing, but he didn't even ask me about it, he didn't care about how I was feeling.
"I spend two years taking care of Luna, I gave him two years to win a championship and now I want to think about myself" I said as I closed my laptop. "And you. Let's make you champion again" I continued as I got up. He didn't respond, he just nodded.
Was it too much that I wanted a career for myself? Was I being selfish?

I walked outside of the room to pick up Luna but I couldn't find her anywhere.
"Lando picked her up an hour ago" the woman said. I nodded and grabbed my phone. He didn't text or call me to tell me.
Our communication was on his peak again. I sighed as I grabbed my stuff and walked out. This wasn't gonna be an easy night.
