Stiles is sat in the kitchen finishing the rest of his English homework, going over each line, making sure that there is no way in hell his teacher can give him nothing, but an A. Stiles doesn't understand why but his English teacher has always been his hardest critic. Nothing is ever or has ever been good enough. Something is always wrong and it's always wrong enough that he doesn't deserve an A.

It was completely vexing.

The doorbell ringing brings Stiles out of his grammar checking and makes him lift his head to look at the door. Jeremy who was sat on the sofa, opens the front door to reveal the pizza delivery man.

"Hey. It's gonna be 22 dollars." The pizza man tells them.

"Elena, I need the money!" Jeremy yells up the stairs.

This is something that they do at least once a week. Order a pizza or two, watch tv and just hang out. Because of this they pass who gets to pay around. Today it is Elena's turn.

"Uh, here. Come in. just put it on the table." Jeremy tells the man.

The man walks into the house and places the pizza on the table. As he waits for payment.

Elena comes rushing down the stairs money in hand and quickly hands it over to the man.

"Hi. Um, keep the change." Elena says.

"Thanks. And you have yourself a good night." The man tells her and every molecule in Stiles body goes on high alert at the man's voice. He can't explain it but something about him just sets Stiles off.

Stiles watches as the man exits the house and Elena closes the front door behind him but the feeling still doesn't go away.

"Hey Elena, is Stefan still upstairs?" Stiles asks.

"Uh yeah why?" Elena inquires.

"Nothing, just...the delivery man set off my could be a supernatural sensor." Stiles informs.

"The supernatural isn't real Stiles." Jeremy states from where he is bringing the pizza with him to the sofa.

"When you find out that the supernatural is real, I'm going to say, 'I told you so'" Stiles tells Jeremy.

Elena walks past Stiles to get a plate for her to bring her share of the pizza with her up to her bedroom, as she does, she whispers to Stiles, "He is never learning about the supernatural."

"You can't control that." Stiles points out, in a hushed whisper.

Elena gives Stiles a look that suggests otherwise, which Stiles rolls his eyes at.

"I'll tell Stefan about your...sensor, but I doubt it was anything." Elena tells him as she walks back out the kitchen.

"Thank you." Stiles tells her before getting up to sit with Jeremy, so they can eat together.

"So how did you do?" Stiles asks the moment Jeremy walks out of the history classroom.

He rushed over to the class the moment the bell rang, so that he could hear his brothers score for his extra credit assignment.

Jeremy doesn't answer, instead he lifts his assignment up to show Stiles the massive A at the top of the page, a smug shit eating grin spread across his face. Stiles brings Jeremy into a one-sided hug.

"Well done little man." Stiles congratulates as he ruffles Jeremy's hair.

"I'm the same height as you." Jeremy points out making Stiles take a step back to look at his little brother.
