Chapter 77

Stiles thought that it would end up taking longer for Jenna to agree with his plan on moving to Beacon Hills but it in fact only took a week. A week filled with Stiles mentioning little facts about the place, making Jenna give Stiles a look, that made it clear he wasn't being subtle. But what really pushed Jenna over the edge was that Jeremy himself went to her and spoke about his desire to move. He apparently went through all of the reasons he wishes to move and included all the reason's he believes that they will be safer there.

It took Stiles two days in comparison to get Damon to agree. According to the vampire, those two days were filled with his brother being angry at Stiles because he used the cure on Silas or angry at Damon because Elena was still claiming to be in love with him. And when he wasn't around Stefan, Elena would show herself and attempt to get Damon to see that they were perfect for each other and that they were meant to be.

So, Damon agreed with moving but he made it clear to Stiles that he wasn't planning on staying in Beacon Hills, or as he put it, a werewolf infested town. But he was going to stay for a month or two, at least until Jenna and Jeremy had settled in, then he was planning on traveling around a bit. Finding some old friends or making some new ones.

Once everyone was on the same page, they started packing up everything in the house that they wished to bring with them. It took them a week to box up everything. and Stiles was surprised by just how much stuff they all had and then how little it looked with it all packed away in boxes. That week went mostly smoothly. Except for the fact that Jenna decided that she couldn't just leave without informing Elena.

So, Jenna set up a date and texted Elena to meet her at an office. At the office Jenna informed Elena of their plans to move before signing over the deed to the house and placing it in Elena's name. Elena of course did not like the plan; she hated the idea that her family was moving without her and to a place that she didn't know or trust.

She spent the rest of the week coming to the house and trying to convince Jenna and Jeremy that moving was a terrible idea. She even went so low as to say that Jeremy was supernatural now meaning that Stiles could order him around and he was being brainwashed into wanting to go. Jeremy took great exception to that and had a yelling match with Elena about all the things that have happened to him in Mystic Falls and that Elena's actions were part of the reason he wanted to leave.

Jenna ended up having to break up the fight. She sent Jeremy away to calm down and then she sat Elena down and spoke with her. Stiles really isn't sure what they ended up talking about, but he does know that the conversation ended with Elena breaking down into tears as Jenna held her. When Elena had stopped crying Jenna had pointed out that Elena could always come and visit.

Which all leads to now, Jenna, Jeremy and Stiles have helped the moving men pack up the back of the moving truck with their boxes. And are now waiting for their ride to get here. Stiles decided that they wouldn't be taking his jeep and he instead had it sent down to New Orleans, ready and waiting for him.

Thinking of New Orleans reminds Stiles of the baby...his baby. He hasn't told anyone about it yet and he doesn't plan on telling anyone until they are out of Mystic Falls and in Beacon Hills. He wants to make sure that his family is safe first before he starts having to worry about his...new family?

God, the baby is his and Klaus' and Elijah's. They are going to have to raise a child together. A child that is going to be so over-powered it's not even funny.

"Hey, you okay?" Jeremy asks, breaking Stiles out of his thoughts.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Stiles says whilst shaking his head to bring himself back to the present.

"You sure? You look a little pale." Jenna points out.

"Yeah, I'm sure. It's just...um...this is the house I was raised in for most of my life and now were leaving it behind. We all have so many memories here." Stiles quickly says.
