Ella kepner stood in the resident lounge . She stood in her orange scrubs as she looked to the Seattle grace residents who stood in blue and sighed
"This isn't cancelling us out of anything" Ella said as she looked to her sister April who smiled
"It will be fine Ella" April said as Ella placed her bag in a cubby, she looked to Reid who stood next to her. Ella knew how Reid was aprils best friend and how she tolerated her for that reason but Ella couldn't stand her
"Oh, hey. You can't put that in there." Izzie said as Reid placed her bag in a locker
"Oh, they told us to grab a cubby." Reid said
"Yeah, I know. It's just ... We keep it empty for a reason. Can you just take your stuff out? There are some empty ones over there you can use." Izzie said
"I don't think so."
"Can you just I said take it out. ?" Izzie said
"Great. I got the crazy one next to me." Reid said
"oh, you want to fight? cause I will." Izzie said as someone grabbed her and pulled her back. Ella looked to him as the two of them made eye contact
"Izzie. Iz." He said
"I will fight you. You're pretty tiny. Come on. Come on. I could take you down in just a couple of seconds."
"Come on." Alex said as he lead izzie out of the room
"Stop."
Ella looked to April as they held a look "well this is going to be interesting" Ella said

Ella walked into the ER. She glanced around and sighed. She wanted to prove herself and not just because she was new because she knew what was at risk, she looked to see April who was jotting away in her book and smiled
"You don't need that you know" she said
"I know I just..like to have it near" she said as Ella smiled
"Okay, where do you want us?" An Asian woman asked. Ella looked to her. She knew that the uptight residents was Cristina Yang. She had heard how she had made her way few several attendings
"Uh, at this point, anywhere is good." Owen said
"At mercy west, we do zones. When it's super busy, we just give everyone a zone, a space. The nurses put a person in that space, You know it's your patient Helps you get to 'em quicker." Jackson said
"Yeah, well, this is the e. R. Not a school yard. We're not playing four square." Cristina said
"God your a bitch aren't you" Ella said
"I like it." Owen said
"What?"
"It's a good idea. Let's try it. What's your name?" Owen said
"Jackson avery."
"Dr. Avery, Dr. Hunt. It's all yours. Zone away." Owen said
