Ella lay in bed next to Alex. She had fallen asleep after hooking up the night before. She lay sleep next to him as the door opened as Meredith walked in
"Alex. Izzies coming..." she said as she frozen to see
"Izzies coming?" Ella said as she sat up. She pulled Alex blanket around her as Meredith stood there shocked.
"Home" Meredith said finishing her sentence
"Oh crap" Ella said as she lay back on the bed. Alex looked to her and to Meredith
"Mer it's not what it seems" Alex said as she walked off. Ella sat up from the bed and sighed as she started to get dressed
"It is very much what she thinks" Ella said as Alex nodded

"So izzie leaves. Your sister leave and you two decide that the best way to deal is to get drunk and mash your genitals together?" Meredith asked as Ella stood in the kitchen
"We weren't that drunk" Ella said as she stood next to alex
"Look, no freakin' way You get to judge us or give relationship advice.Besides, you were a total dirty mistress, Like, two weeks ago." Alex said
"Are we calling me a dirty mistress?" Ella asked
"That was two years ago, and his wife didn't have cancer."
"Okay, Alex and I ... we've done it before." Elle said as Alex looked to her and gave her a shut up look
"Izzie's gone, I was horny, she was there. She's good at sex that's all" Alex said as Ella stood with her head in her hands
"Oh, crap. I am a dirty mistress. Oh, god." Ella said
"We are keeping our mouths shut.Izzie is coming home. No one needs to know" Meredith said as Ella took a sip of her coffee and shocked as she saw izzie who had approached the door way
"Hi. Know what?" She asked as Ella looked away feeling awkward as

Ella sat in the gallery as she sat watching bailey in surgery. She sat next to Anna and groaned. Ella sat rubbing her forehead as Anna looked to her "are you okay" Anna asked as Ella smiled
"I have a headache" she said as Anna looked to her and smiled
"I told you that sex with him would catch up to you" Anna said as Ella looked to her and raised an eyebrow at her
"Do you really want to know over sex with your brother" Ella asked as Anna looked to her in disgust
"No absolutely not" Anna said as Ella sighed. Anna looked to her and frowned. She could tell that there was something up
"What happened" Anna asked as Ella sighed
"Meredith caught me in bed with him. I fell asleep there and she caught up and izzie is coming back"
"Shit" Anna said as Ella nodded
"I need coffee" Ella said as she stood up and walked out of the gallery.
