Ella was in shock. She knew that she was all for telling him over the miscarriage and then he told her how he thought he was in love with her and she knew it was a mess and d she didn't know how to feel over it all. Ella knew how so much had happened and she knew it scared her and how she wanted it to be okay.
Ella didn't know how she felt all that she knew was that a lot had happened and it scared her. She knew that she was scared over how she felt. All that she knew was she had to find Alex and tell him the truth as much as an ass he was at times he had a right to know over the miscarriage even if she had no idea how she felt when it came to the two of them

Amelia Shepherd walks up to the nurse's station.
"Where could I find Dr. Shepherd? " she asked
" You have an appointment? "
" I don't. Uh, could you just point me in the direction of his office? " she asked as The nurse doesn't respond and Mark comes over.
" I'm sorry. She has that look on her face because the last time someone walked into this hospital looking for Dr. Shepherd without an appointment, he shot him. " mark said
" Mark! " Amelia said as she hugs him.
"Oh. Oh, my God! "
" Hi, Amy. " mark said
" You still look hot."
" And you, uh, look a lot more grown-up than when I last saw you. " mark said
" You can say "hot, " you know? 'Cause I am. I'm hot" Amelia said
" No, I can't, because in my mind, you're still Derek's 12-year-old sister. And I have a girlfriend Huh. So what are you doing in Seattle?" Mark said

Richard and Alex are taking their patient to the OR, but Alex backs away from the elevator.
"Can you hold the door open, please? Thank you. Okay. Karev, what are you waiting for? Get on. " richard said
"I-I just remembered. Dr. Hunt needs his lab results. I'll ... I'll meet you up there" alex said
"This patient takes priori ... Karev, what ... " Alex leaves as Ella and Meredith comes over.
" I can do it. " Meredith said
" No, uh, the other Dr. Kepner has a couple of patients in the E.R. Go help her." He said
"What's going on with Alex?" Meredith asked as Ella shrugged
"I dunno" Ella said as April walked over
"Is Dr. Webber going up? I-I need an extra hand. " April asked
"He sent us" Meredith said
"Oh, uh, I thought you were on Dr. Shepherd's service today."
"He took Cristina. "
" Why? I mean, why? You don't think she's okay, do you? 'Cause I don't. I mean, she was in the house this morning. Did she spend the night? Because she's married. It's a little weird for someone to ... " April asked
