Ella waked down the hall with Anna as April, Jackson and Alex joined them as they approached the reception where the chief had paged them too as they saw Meredith and Cristina waiting
"What is this, everybody got paged? " Jackson said
"It's that time of year again. The chicks have hatched. " Alex said
"Is that some sort of a code? " april said
" Those chicks. " alex said as he looked to the media students
"Don't be gross" Anna said
"Oh, first-year med students. Too dumb to find the toilet." Jackson said
" Good morning. Behind me stand the interns and residents of tomorrow. Today you will show them what it's like to be a surgeon. When you go into surgery, they go into surgery. When they have a question, you will answer. " Richard said
" It's like court-ordered community service. I'd rather be picking up trash off the side of the highway. " Alex said
"Fred Wilson, you're with Dr. Yang. Kira donnelley, with Dr. Grey. Hudson powell, with Dr. Kepner. Laurel pinson.." lexie said
"Mine. Mine. Mine. " alex said as Ella raised an eyebrow
"Laurel, you're ... With Dr. Karev. " lexie said
"Dr Karev needs to remember who sleeps with before he hits in med students" Ella said
"Edward Taylor, Dr. Avery. " Lexie said
"Really? " jacksom said
" Kim Peterson, you're with Dr. Hall..." lexie said
Richard takes Cristina to the side.
"Dr. Yang, Um, you were out of the game for a while, so you'll be with me on my service today. I'd like to monitor your progress" Richard said
"I think you'll be pleased. "
"I don't doubt it. I will be picking ... my chief resident in a few months ... . and you're still a prime candidate. " Richard said
"The race for chief resident is on? Since when? " Jackson said
" Uh, how long have you been evaluating us? " Alex said
" Since your first day here." Richard said as Anna and Elle glanced to each other
"Well crap" Anna said

Mark and arizona walked through the hallway. They are followed by Anna and Ella and their med students
"I mean, I get it. She's got a hang-up about me being perfect. You know, everything comes easy for me, and I don't have any flaws, And now that I've clearly made a mistake, She's just gonna pound the crap out of it. " Arizona said
" So you don't think you're perfect? " mark asked
"No. I have lots of flaws. I'm competitive; I'm a workaholic, I smoke when I'm stressed. It's disgusting. "
