Ella lay in bed. She knew how she had slept with Alex. Her head was a mess. She knew that it was complicated. They had spent so much time hating each other. He was a big ever since izzie left him and she hated it.
Ella knew that things were not easy. Ella looked to see that Anna was calling her and sighed "hey wants up" Ella asked. She was still half asleep. She was worried after everything that had happened
"Mark wants me to give his daughter a scan. I had to get out there. It was getting weird. Are you still home"
"I'm still in bed. I'm not in the mood" Ella said
"We'll get up we're going for coffee I need to talk to you" Anna said as Ella sighed
"I guess so" Ella said as she hung up. She got dressed and sighed. She knew that she wasn't in the mood to go to work. She knew that she'd see Alex again and it was awkward as she knew that she didn't know how to deal with it all

Elle met up with Anna who looked to her and frowned "what's up with you" Anna asked as Ella looked to her and sighed
"You don't wanna know"
"You know what I don't wanna know. Callie and Arizona having sex in the shower. I walked in on them as Sloan was throwing up. I didn't sign up for this as we're just starting with me and mark and she's just seemed to be taking over" Anna said
"Mark needs you I get that but none one expects you to stay and be grandma" Ella said as Anna looked to her
"Don't call me that. What's going on with you. Something seems different about you" Anna asked as Ella frowned. She knew that the last thing that she wanted was for Anna to know how Ella had sex with her brother
"There's something off abut you. I can't put my finger on it" Anna said as ella looked to her and smiled
"I'm okay. You don't need to worry I am just tired" Ella said. Anna looked to her and frowned. She knew that she was caught up in the mark drama. But she knew that she was worried over Ella. She knew Ella well enough and she could tell that there was something going on with her

Ella got to the ambulance bay as she looked to an ambulance as it pulled up. She saw Alex and they held a look
"Adamson, you're with me. Little Karev too Meredith, you're with bailey."Kepner and Karev, you're with torres." Derek said
"Tom kates is in this ambulance."
"The quarterback?" Alex asked
"Yeah."
"If you see photographers call security." Callie said
"Tell your interns no autographs, no pictures.I see anyone pull out a camera phone, It's going in the toilet." Bailey said
"So there are five of us on one patient?" Anna asked
"Oh, come on." Reed said
"He's a high-profile patient.He gets a lot of attention." Bailey said
"I thought we agree to stop meeting like this?" Derek said
"Hey, what can I say, man? I missed your smiling face."
