James didn't know if he should be angry or happy because Vanessa finally answered.
He should be angry because she has been ignoring him and she's probably with Cristiano. Happy because she's okay. Or at least sounded like it.
James took a deep breath, sharp words coated his tongue, ready to curse.
"Where in the fucking world are you? I have been calling you forever and you just now decide to answer? This is not like you Vanessa. You know how much I've suffered. I mean sure it's only been a day but I can't live without you for more than that. I've been living in hell-"
Javier jabbed his arm to stop him from talking.
"Vanessa just tell us where you're at so that we can go get you."
Suddenly Vanessa's voice broke off.
"Help me. I was leaving this place when someone hit the back of my head with something hard and they locked me in here." She sobbed.
James rolled his eyes not believing a word she said. He was mad at her so why should he believe what she said?
"Tell me the damn address." He snapped. Vanessa kept crying.
"I don't...know it. I'm locked in a room and I can't look outside."
James was about to punch Javier since he was the nearest person but Javier stopped him.
"What if she's really saying the truth? You can't immediately say that she's innocent. You have no proof."
"What if it's some joke so that we won't go find her with Cristiano?"
Vanessa heard that and gasped.
"I swear James, it wasn't Cristiano who kidnapped me."
She didn't even know who was the person who locked her in the room. She had seen Cristiano but then he was replaced by a totally different guy.
Unless there were two people in this house.
Vanessa didn't want to think that Cristiano was a kidnapper. It just wasn't like him. She would never expect that from him.
"What do you see? Is there any window in the room?" Javier took the phone and asked.
Vanessa looked around. There was a tiny window at a corner of the room but it was covered with paper on the outside so she couldn't get a glance outside.
"The window is covered. I can't see anything on the outside."
Suddenly voices outside the room that Vanessa was in grew angry.

"She's talking to someone!"

"I thought you took her phone away!"

"You said you were going to do that part!"

"Ugh you useless idiot!"

"Don't worry that phone will die sooner or later."

Javier looked up alarmed.
"I gotta go. I can't...." Vanessa panicked. She had to hide the phone or something.
"Wait who is that?" Javier asked. James' eyes widened.
"It's them..."
"Wait who's-"
The line went dead. Javier looked at the screen then cursed under his breath in Spanish.
"So she's kidnapped?"
"But the problem is that we don't even know where she could possibly be. She gave no description."
"This is not getting us nowhere. But it's Cristiano who took her." James nodded. "Yes even though he didn't take her he had other people take her. I knew he would do something. Ever since I showed her to him he always wanted her."
Javier raised an eyebrow. And I thought he would suspect of me first since I was the one who hugged her the longest that one time.
"You really think Cristiano did that?"
James gave him a look.
"Who else could it be?"
"Well you don't seem really upset about all of this." Javier had noticed that James wasn't showing any sign of sadness or anything.
But on the inside he was screaming and crying. The fact that Vanessa was missing didn't let him enjoy anything. He wasn't comfortable knowing that she wasn't there. He felt empty. He needed her back.
But where was she?

Vanessa held her breath as the masked person entered the room. His eyes searched around every corner of the room. She hoped and prayed he wouldn't ask for her phone.
Please no. It's the only way I can message someone to come help me.
"Who were you talking to?" The man demanded. His voice sounded kind of familiar.
"Myself."
"Very funny." He dug through her sweater and patted her pockets.
He was touching every single part that she could be hiding the phone in.
"Well...I hope you aren't lying. You don't have a phone on you." He turned and left the room.
I feel so violated.
Vanessa shivered. She had just been touched by this stranger instead of.....
I'm going to end up being raped here.
She smirked when she pulled out her phone from under the mattress in the bed.
Idiots. Thank god I charged my phone. It's good in charge.
She began crying, grabbing a pillow and sitting in a corner of the room. Why had this happened to her? Why? Out of all the women in this world, her?
She heard a door slam and tried opening the door in the room again. It was still locked.
If no one will come get me, I'll have to rescue myself.
She looked around the room for something to unlock the door. There had to be something.
When she didn't see anything, she gave up and closed her eyes thinking of a plan.
I'll get out of here no matter what.
