⁂ Isn't it scary to be ready to die at such a young age ?
"Oppa!" Was the first thing I managed to say as I came to consciousness. I looked around in uncertainty, trying to remember where I was. suddenly, every sensation gushed back at me, from extreme weakness, numbness, severe abdominal pains, to coldness.
"Jang-Soo went to inspect the house with the others and try to find some food, don't worry." Su-Yeon said and I nodded.
"I'm cold!" I tried to whisper which caused my teeth to bang into one another.
"Here Su-Jin take this! It's a fever reducer."Yeon-Joo stated, and I took the pills from her hands without hesitancy, and before I knew it I drifted back to sleep.
I was startled awake by loud screams and bangs outside the house, and immediately wanted to get up to figure out what was going on since I was alone in the room. But I came to a pause as I watched everyone else racing into the house, as if followed by something, and I realized it was a sphere.
I looked around, pleased that everyone was safe and unharmed, but I couldn't find Jang-Soo, so I walked down gently to the entrance of the room I was in, only to spot him holding the tabel's top against the door, to keep the sphere from coming in.
"Guys! What is happening?" I asked anxiously but I became alarmed by the loud bang on the door, as Jang-Soo and Young-Shin kept struggling to push the wooden board against the door.
"kim-Chi! The mini locker ppalli." Biting my lower lip, I called for Kim-Chi and I immediately pointed to the tiny cabinet next to him. And he swiftly caught up with my idea as he proceeded to draw it towards the door.
My voice seemed to draw Jang-Soo's attention as well, and he briefly glanced in my direction before turning to Kim-Chi, who was struggling to lift the heavy cabinet. Jang-Soo quickly grabbed it from him and placed it on the wooden board for support.
"Did it leave?"
We all breathed a sigh of relief when the plan appeared to be effective. nonetheless got awed once more by the sphere, which this time began to glide above us and we could hear its every movement. And it dawned to me that it was looking for another way in.
